Abstract

L'invention concerne une surface de cuisson (1) comprenant une plaque supérieure en vitrocéramique (2) disposée sur la partie supérieure de la surface de cuisson, un cadre (4) sur lequel la plaque supérieure (2) est montée, une plaque inférieure (5) servant de support au cadre (4) et à la plaque supérieure (2), un dispositif de chauffe (6) monté entre la plaque supérieure (2) et la plaque inférieure (5) et un boîtier (7) dans lequel est placé le dispositif de chauffe (6) et servant à maintenir l'ensemble de chauffe (6) entre la plaque supérieure (2) et la plaque inférieure (5), et un élément de support (12) qui pousse le boîtier (7) vers le haut au moyen de ressorts (10), ce qui exerce une pression sur la plaque supérieure en vitrocéramique (2), ladite pression s'exerçant depuis le bas.
