Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る移動体通信システム1の全体概略構成図である。図1に示すように、移動体通信システム1は、無線基地局20、小型無線基地局30、在圏管理装置40、通信制御装置50及び緊急通報先DB60を含む。これらの装置は、ネットワークNを介して相互に通信可能に接続される。
図2は、在圏管理装置40の機能ブロック図である。図2に示すように在圏管理装置40は、情報送受信部401、エリア識別子取得部403、在圏情報登録部405、在圏情報応答部407、在圏情報DB409、及び小型無線基地局DB411を備える。
図3は、通信制御装置50の機能ブロック図である。図3に示すように、通信制御装置50は、情報送受信部501、エリア識別子取得部503、エリア判定部505、通信制御部507、及び小型無線基地局DB509を備える。
次に、移動体通信システム1の動作について説明する。具体的には、(4.1)在圏管理装置40による在圏情報の登録動作、及び(4.2)移動端末10からの緊急呼の緊急通報先への接続動作について説明する。
図4は、在圏管理装置40による在圏情報の登録動作フローを示す。図4に示すように、ステップS10において、在圏管理装置40は、移動端末10から位置登録メッセージを受信する。
図5は、移動端末10からの緊急呼の緊急通報先への接続シーケンスを示す。図5に示すように、ステップS110において、移動端末10は、位置登録メッセージを無線基地局20に送信する。移動端末10が送信する位置登録メッセージには、移動端末識別子ID30(端末識別子)が含まれている。すなわち、移動端末10は、緊急通報先への緊急呼を可能とするために予め位置登録をしておく必要がある。
移動体通信システム1によれば、在圏管理装置40は、小型無線基地局30が形成するエリアA2に移動端末10が在圏した場合、エリアA2の直前に移動端末10が在圏したエリアA1を識別する無線基地局20のエリア識別子ID10(XXX)と、エリアA2を識別するエリア識別子ID20(YYY)とを対応付けた在圏情報TB1を登録する。
上述したように、本発明の一実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態が明らかとなろう。
Claims (9)
- 移動端末が在圏するエリアを管理する在圏管理装置と、
前記移動端末が在圏するエリアに応じて、前記移動端末からの緊急呼が接続される緊急通報先を制御する通信制御装置と
を含み、
前記移動端末との通信可能エリアである第1エリアを形成する通常無線基地局または前記第1エリアよりも通信可能エリアが狭い第2エリアを形成する小型無線基地局を介して、前記移動端末が前記緊急呼を発信する移動体通信システムであって、
前記在圏管理装置は、
前記移動端末が前記第2エリアに在圏した場合、前記第2エリアよりも所定時間前または所定時間後に在圏した前記第1エリアを識別する通常エリア識別子と、前記第2エリアを識別する小型エリア識別子とを少なくとも対応付けた在圏情報を登録する在圏情報登録部と、
前記通信制御装置からの問い合わせに応じて、前記在圏情報を参照し、前記小型エリア識別子と対応付けられた前記通常エリア識別子を前記通信制御装置に通知する在圏情報応答部と
を備え、
前記通信制御装置は、
前記第2エリアに在圏している前記移動端末から前記緊急呼を受理した場合、前記緊急呼に含まれる前記小型エリア識別子に基づいて、前記小型エリア識別子に対応付けられている前記通常エリア識別子を前記在圏管理装置に問い合わせることによって、前記小型エリア識別子と対応する前記第1エリアを判定するエリア判定部と、
前記エリア判定部によって判定された前記第1エリアと対応付けられている前記緊急通報先を取得し、前記緊急呼を前記緊急通報先に接続させる通信制御部と
を備える移動体通信システム。 - 移動端末との通信可能エリアである第1エリアを形成する通常無線基地局または前記第1エリアよりも通信可能エリアが狭い第2エリアを形成する小型無線基地局を介して、前記移動端末が緊急呼を発信する移動体通信システムにおいて用いられる在圏管理装置であって、
前記移動端末が前記第2エリアに在圏した場合、前記第2エリアよりも所定時間前または所定時間後に在圏した前記第1エリアを識別する通常エリア識別子と、前記第2エリアを識別する小型エリア識別子とを少なくとも対応付けた在圏情報を登録する在圏情報登録部と、
前記通信制御装置からの問い合わせに応じて、前記在圏情報を参照し、前記小型エリア識別子と対応付けられた前記通常エリア識別子を前記通信制御装置に通知する在圏情報応答部と
を備える在圏管理装置。 - 前記在圏情報登録部は、前記移動端末が前記第2エリアに在圏した場合、前記第2エリアの直前に在圏した前記第1エリアを識別する通常エリア識別子と、前記小型エリア識別子とを対応付ける請求項2に記載の在圏管理装置。
- 前記在圏情報登録部は、特定の前記通常エリア識別子と、特定の前記小型エリア識別子とが既に前記在圏情報において対応付けられている場合、前記在圏情報の登録を中止する請求項2に記載の在圏管理装置。
- 前記在圏情報登録部は、前記通常エリア識別子と前記小型エリア識別子とに加え、前記第2エリアに在圏した前記移動端末を識別する端末識別子を対応付けた前記在圏情報を登録する請求項2に記載の在圏管理装置。
- 移動端末との通信可能エリアである第1エリアを形成する通常無線基地局または前記第1エリアよりも通信可能エリアが狭い第2エリアを形成する小型無線基地局を介して、前記移動端末が緊急呼を発信する移動体通信システムにおいて用いられ、前記緊急呼が接続される緊急通報先を制御する通信制御装置であって、
前記第2エリアに在圏している前記移動端末から前記緊急呼を受理した場合、前記緊急呼に含まれる前記小型エリア識別子に基づいて、前記小型エリア識別子に対応付けられている前記通常エリア識別子を、前記移動端末が在圏するエリアを管理する在圏管理装置に問い合わせることによって、前記小型エリア識別子と対応する前記第1エリアを判定するエリア判定部と、
前記エリア判定部によって判定された前記第1エリアと対応付けられている前記緊急通報先を取得し、前記緊急呼を前記緊急通報先に接続させる通信制御部と
を備える通信制御装置。 - 前記移動体通信システムに含まれる前記小型無線基地局を識別する前記小型エリア識別子が登録される小型無線基地局データベースを備え、
前記エリア判定部は、
前記移動端末から前記緊急呼を受理した場合、前記小型無線基地局データベースを参照し、前記緊急呼に前記小型エリア識別子が含まれているか否かを判定し、
前記緊急呼に前記小型エリア識別子が含まれている場合のみ、前記小型エリア識別子に対応付けられている前記通常エリア識別子を前記在圏管理装置に問い合わせる請求項6に記載の通信制御装置。 - 前記エリア判定部は、前記緊急呼に含まれる前記移動端末の端末識別子に基づいて、前記端末識別子に対応付けられている前記通常エリア識別子を前記在圏管理装置に問い合わせることによって、前記端末識別子と対応する前記第1エリアを判定する請求項6に記載の通信制御装置。
- 移動端末との通信可能エリアである第1エリアを形成する通常無線基地局または前記第1エリアよりも通信可能エリアが狭い第2エリアを形成する小型無線基地局を介して、前記移動端末が緊急呼を発信する移動体通信システムにおいて用いられる通信方法であって、
前記移動端末が前記第2エリアに在圏した場合、前記第2エリアよりも所定時間前または所定時間後に在圏した前記第1エリアを識別する通常エリア識別子と、前記第2エリアを識別する小型エリア識別子とを少なくとも対応付けた在圏情報を、前記移動体通信システムを構成する装置に登録するステップと、
前記第2エリアに在圏している前記移動端末から前記緊急呼を受理した場合、前記緊急呼に含まれる前記小型エリア識別子に基づいて、前記小型エリア識別子に対応付けられている前記通常エリア識別子を、前記移動端末が在圏するエリアを前記装置に問い合わせることによって、前記小型エリア識別子と対応する前記第1エリアを判定するステップと、
前記判定するステップにおいて判定された前記第1エリアと対応付けられている前記緊急呼の接続先である緊急通報先を取得し、前記緊急呼を前記緊急通報先に接続するステップと
を備える通信方法。
