本发明的目的是为了解决目前石英石压板机存在的缺点, 提出一种一次 可以同时压制多块以粉体材料为原料的板材、 即节能又大大提高了产能的多 层压板机及采用多层压板机同时压制多块板材的方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种多层压板机, 包括底座、 顶板、 振动装置、 压力 置和压制模具, 底座与顶板通过立柱连接, 压力装置固定在顶板上, 压力装置与 ¾动装置连 接, 振动装置与压制模具连接, 所述的压制模具是由若干模板组成的多层板 压结构, 若干模板通过连接杆连接形成具有多层结构的压制模具, 所述模板 可在连接杆上上下移动。 作为本发明的一种优选方案, 所述的相邻各模板之间可以设置有小型连 接杆。
作为本发明的另一种优选方案, 所述的振动装置可以包括上盖板、 下盖 板和振动系统, 振动系统设置在上盖板和下盖板之间。
作为本发明的再一种优选方案, 所述的压力装置可以包括油缸、 油压座 和油封套, 油缸固定在顶板上, 油缸与油压座连接, 油压座被油封套封装在 上盖板上。
作为本发明的再一种优选方案, 所述用来连接模板的连接杆与模板之间 的小型连接杆为导向柱。

可选的, 所述模框的高度与所需板材的厚度相匹配。
压制板材时, 将压制模具多层模板升起, 装有混料的器具同时被输送到 多层压板机后, 压制模具下降, 真空框罩下, 进行抽真空, 在真空条件下将 多层装有混料的器具进行振动压制, 松散的混料在真空振动打击下, 压成高 密度的板材半成品;

本发明可以一次同时压制成形多件板材, 其压制板材的过程是: 将已破碎好的各种目数的石英砂、 石英粉末及其他辅料按一定的比例混 合, 搅拌成压制石英石板材的混合料;
根据板材的厚度不同将混合料称量好, 加入模框内进行布料, 根据所需 同时布相应层数的混合料;
将压制模具多层模板升起, 装有混料的模框被输送到多层压板机, 每层 模板上放置一个模框, 压制模具下降, 将多层装有混料的模框进行振动压制, 松散的混料被压成高密度的板材半成品;
压制完毕, 压制模具多层模板升起, 将多层板材半成品拉出多层压板机, 送往固化炉中温固化或输送平台 (只适用冷固化)。
