本发明主要在于, 提供一套车辆先进防盗系统, 其包括- 含有主机、 上锁单元与警报单元; 主机内置有程序设计中央处理器的晶片、 数位辨识装置、 读取器或数位辨识遥控器, 结合手刹车动作感测器、 座椅压力差 感测器、 车门锁动作感测器等, 且依功能设定、 处理各感测器讯号而能使上锁单 元、 警报单元能依功能设定而执行的电子装置, 主机又依功能需求, 有解除防盗 单元、 启动防盗单元、 震动感测单元、 断电单元等, 其功能与作动说明如下- 主机的解除防盗功能; 其内置有数位电子辨识装置与读取器或搭配具有数位 辨识功能的数位辨识遥控器, 如指纹、 声纹、 密码等数位辨识遥控器, 本文以指 紋辨识遥控器说明为例, 且其遥控过程具有防截码功能, 数位辨识遥控器即使遗 失任由他人操控, 无法通过指纹辨识机制之下也无法解除防盗功能。 当驾驶员取 车开车门时, 车门锁感测器经触动或以选择性加装的超音波感测器侦测有人入侵 座舱等讯号传回主机, 主机则启动解除防盗单元, 驾驶员须在预设极短时间内, 需有经指纹或密码比对辨识, 或驾驶员须亲自操控数位辨识遥控器, 俟辨识成功 后, 主机则令上锁单元的方向盘机柱、 引擎盖等的锁具, 在防盗时段所呈的上锁 状态, 立即开锁使车辆恢复可行驶状态; 窃贼如入侵座舱意图行窃车辆, 但窃贼 在没有正确指纹或密码可输入辨识时, 势必出现辨识失败或超过预定辨识时间的 情况, 又在引擎盖已呈上锁状态, 警报器等无惧遭断电之下, 则主机令警报单元 的警报器鸣响, 引人注意, 吓跑窃贼; 又方向盘机柱锁具在完成开锁后所出现的 讯号, 结合驾驶员坐在汽车座椅上所产生座椅重量压力差、 放下手刹车作动、 车 门锁上锁作动等感测器作动讯号传回主机, 主机内的断电单元则对启动防盗单元、 震动感测单元、 警报单元等进行断电, 以达节能与行驶中避免上述锁具突然上锁 异状发生的安全要求; 又行车前需将手刹车放下, 可藉钢索致动方向盘机柱锁具 中的保险插销, 使其锁齿条行驶中不得任意移动, 结合前述说明有断电与机械式 上保险插销 (如图 3〜图 5所示) 的设计, 则在行驶中则有双重保险与安全保障 功效。
主机的启动防盗单元; 当驾驶员离车时, 藉依序拉起手刹车后 (同时将方向 盘机柱锁具的保险插销拉离, 使方向盘机柱锁具能顺利运作) 、 座椅会出现重量 压力差、 车门锁上锁等感测器动作讯号回传主机, 或由驾驶员亲自操控数位辨识 遥控器遥控主机, 或再佐以选择性加装的超音波感测器, 在该单元开启后进行侦 测座舱内是否尚有乘员, 尤其是小孩是否仍在座舱的安全扫描机制, 在侦测正常 无误后连线主机, 主机内的启动防盗单元则开始运作, 令上锁单元的方向盘机柱、 引擎盖的锁具呈上锁作动, 并启动警报单元, 在防盗时段中与选择性加装的超音 波感测器同时担任警戒状态。
主机的震动感测单元; 内置有震动感测器并可连线选择性加装的超音波感测 器, 主机经前述启动防盗单元进入防盗警戒状态中, 如窃贼欲以偷拖、 偷吊或从 后顶车行驶方式行窃, 车辆经震动感测器的讯号, 经判读遭窃征兆, 主机即令警 报器有时间限制的鸣响, 吓跑窃贼, 也避免扰人, 又可搭配选择性加装的【3G】 视讯或【GPS】卫星定位追踪器等通讯传输器, 通讯车主, 车主藉【3G】手机视讯 观看车内状况或【GPS】卫星定位追踪器, 循线报警逮贼。 而主机设置于在方向盘 机柱末端, 与电门锁呈两套锁具, 且位于仪表板深处且有金属护套牢固, 不易拆 解施作, 即使欲以工具以钻、 凿、 锯、 研磨手段进行破坏也需花一段时间。 又采 用生物科技如指纹、 声纹、 瞳孔、 手掌或密码数位讯号等辨识, 程序设计须在极 短时间内要求辨识, 或须由驾驶员亲自操控的数位辨识遥控器辨识遥控, 否则警 报响起, 如此设计, 令窃贼们, 不仅错开擅长开锁技巧, 使其无计可施, 使车辆 具有真正防盗功效。 附图说明 图 1 : 本发明配置示意图。

本发明一种车辆先进防盗系统, 敬请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 包含有: 一主机 20、 一上锁单元 21、 警报单元 25; 主机 20内具有解除防盗单元 23、 启动防盗单 元 50、 震动感测单元 24、 结合车门锁动作感测器 232、 座椅压力差感测器 233、 手刹车动作感测器 234等, 并以线路 80相互连接, 电源由电瓶 94直接供应或连 线点烟器, 或原车设计将其电瓶 94置于行李厢者, 则可增设、 连线一小电瓶 94 于引擎室内, 使其正常运作, 又于电瓶 94与主机 20间设有一手动电源开关 22, 置于车主独知之处, 以备车辆保养、 泊车时关闭本车辆先进防盗系统之需; 主机 20内置有程序设计的中央处理器 201晶片与相关线路 80, 并由图 3所示, 其主机 20设置于方向盘机柱 41末端一侧且有金属护盖 203牢固保护,其连接方向盘机柱 锁具 40内电动马达 55其线路 80则贯穿金属护盖 203内, 避免被剪切、 通电开锁 而丧失防盗功能, 其余线路 80大都成外露式, 即使被剪切、 擅接也无法通过比对 辨识或关闭手动电源开关 22而影响其原有防盗功能。
主机的解除防盗单元 23 ; 当驾驶员欲进入座舱 93前, 车门经打开, 车门锁 动作感测器 232或选择性加装的超音波感测器 231侦测到有人入侵等讯号传回主 机 20,主机 20会在预设短时间内会出现要求驾驶员身分辨识机制,或由驾驶员亲 自操控数位辨识遥控器 204, 经数位辨识遥控器 204遥控主机 20, 驾驶员因有指 纹、 密码等建档资料于主机 20内, 通过读取器 202辨识成功后或由数位辨识遥控 器 204摇控主机 20辨识成功后, 主机 20则令上锁单元 21的方向盘机柱锁具 40 与引擎盖锁具 60, 呈开锁状态;
一上锁单元 21, 如图 3〜图 6所示, 包含一置于方向盘机柱 41末端的方向 盘机柱锁具 40与车辆原有引擎盖锁体 61所增设的引擎盖锁具 60, 此方向盘机柱 锁具 40、引擎盖锁具 60两者以外加安装方式或可增列入为原车厂零组件设计中生 产配置, 请参阅图 4〜图 6所示, 于行车前主机 20接收正确辨识资料后, 又通过 已拉起手刹车 95 (车辆停住时的安全措施) 使方向盘锁具 40内的保险卡掣 53已 脱离在锁齿条 57上的保险孔 571内, 利用方向机柱锁具 40内锁齿条 57的卡掣头 572卡住方向盘机柱转轴杆 42上的掣动栓槽轮 43, 而达锁固方向机柱转轴杆 42 的功效, 进而限制方向盘操控运作, 以达防盗功能; 方向机柱锁具 40内有一结合 座 51, 其牢固于方向盘机柱 41上, 结合电动马达 55、 齿套 56及护壳 58, 齿套 56上设有穿孔 561供保险卡掣 53穿设, 齿套 56内可容纳锁齿条 57, 可做前后移 动,锁齿条 57上设有保险孔 571与卡掣头 572,一保险卡掣 53结合钢索 531与钢 索滑套 52、弹簧 54穿设过穿孔 511于结合座 51内, 并可插设于锁齿条 57上的保 险孔 571内, 结合座 51侧边设有电动马达 55, 其轴心结合齿轮 551, 并与结合座 51底端齿套 56内的锁齿条 57啮合, 当电动马达 55接收主机 20输出一定时间的 电源, 执行预定作动时, 可带动齿轮 551呈正、 反转, 促使与齿轮 551啮合的锁 齿条 57产生前、 后移动功效, 锁齿条 57的卡掣头 572则与方向机柱转轴杆 42的 掣动栓槽轮 43其卡住与否, 则呈现可上锁或开锁的状态。
另引擎盖锁具 60, 设于引擎盖 91前端, 如图 1、 图 8〜图 1 2所示, 引擎 盖 91原有的引擎盖锁体 61,依原厂设计功能说明如下:其设有扣片 612与卡固抵 杆 611, 扣片 612上设有扣槽 613与卡杆 614, 扣槽 613可配合引擎盖锁体 61的 滑槽 615可卡扣住引擎盖卡环 911, 当驾驶员开启引擎盖开关 96时, 藉钢索 663 拉动拉杆 66, 引擎盖锁体 61内的拉杆 66遭拉动时, 可释放原卡住于引擎盖锁体 61内滑槽 615卡扣住的引擎盖卡环 911, 引擎盖则被开启。 本车辆先进防盗系统 所加装的引擎盖锁具 60, 其内设有结合座 63与底座 64各一, 并以一金属护壳 65 包覆牢固,底座 64及结合座 63各设有穿孔 641、 631,以供拉杆 66致动穿设之用, 拉杆 66前端设有连接座 661, 连结卡固抵杆 611, 并穿设过底座 64的穿孔 641、 结合座 63的穿孔 631与齿套 68的穿孔 681, 拉杆 66末端设有卡掣槽 662并连结 钢索 663, 并经底座 64的穿孔 641, 穿设过至座舱 93内与引擎盖开关 96结合, 以供开启引擎盖 91之用,而结合座 63侧边置有电动马达 67,其轴心结合齿轮 671, 并与结合座 63侧边齿套 68内的锁齿条 69啮合, 而锁齿条 69头部位设有卡掣弧 槽 691,其可卡掣住拉杆 66末端于卡掣槽 662内, 以达限制座舱 93内原有引擎盖 开关 96, 因无法拉动而使引擎盖锁具 60呈上锁状态, 与位于置于方向盘机柱 41 末端的方向盘机柱锁具 40,两者经由主机 20输出设定时间的电源而致动, 皆可使 其进行方向盘机柱 41与引擎盖 91呈可上锁或开锁, 进而使方向盘与引擎盖 91具 有防盗时段遭限制使用与开锁后能恢复正常使用的状态, 另传输至引擎盖锁具 60 的电源线路 80可由金属管包覆, 其具有不易遭裁剪、 破解的功效。
主机的震动感测单元 24; 置有震动感测器 241, 于防盗时段中, 车体 90出现 单位时间内有数次震动现象时, 而主机足以判读车辆为将被偷吊或拖走或从车后 被顶走的征兆时, 则主机连线至警报单元 25中的警报器 251, 使其鸣响; 警报器 251设置于引擎室内, 在引擎盖有防盗功能之下, 无惧被断电而丧失功能之虞。
主机的断电单元 30 ; 行车前, 主机进行断电的安全动作, 而断电过程是藉上 述上锁单元 21的方向盘机柱锁具 40中, 如图 4、 图 7所示, 其齿套 56与锁齿条 57间相同位置, 齿套 56置有一沟槽而锁齿条 57置有一定位销 573, 定位销 573 能藉由锁齿条 57与齿套 56滑移而能在齿套 56沟槽上同歩移动, 当锁齿条 57藉 由电动马达 55致动开锁而往后移动至预定位置, 定位销 573将触及触动开关 59, 触动开关 59产生讯号传至主机, 请参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 4、 图 7所示, 再结合行 车前须放下手刹车 95动作, 由手刹车动作感测器 234、 驾驶员乘坐所出现座椅压 力差感测器 233、 车门 92上锁动作, 由车门锁动作感测器 232, 此三者感测器可 连贯选用或以成本考量而选其中二项选用等所产生讯号, 回传主机 20处理, 主机 20则依程序设计功能与讯号处理,判读座舱 93内有身分比对正确的驾驶员且准备 行驶的讯号, 则将主机 20内的启动防盗单元 50、 震动感测单元 24、 警报单元 25 等进行断电动作, 以确保行车安全与节能需求。
一警报单元 25; 包含有警报器 251与选择性加装的通讯传输器 252 ; 主机 20 在接受进入座舱 93人员的指纹、 密码等辨识失败与车体 90出现多次连续震动足 以判读车辆将为被行窃时, 警报器 251由主机 20连线发出有时间限制的鸣响, 引 人注意, 吓走窃贼, 也避免扰人, 警报器功能有一般连线鸣响者与具有充电、 蓄 电功能 (即使遭剪断电源线仍能发出警报) 的警报器 251可供选用, 又可配合选 择性加装的通讯传输器 252,通讯传输器 252其可结合选择性的【3G】视讯或【GPS】 卫星定位追踪器等通讯装置, 遇有状况即通讯车主, 车主可藉 3G手机视讯观看车 内情况或【GPS】卫星定位追踪器, 循线报警逮贼, 以符合实际需求。
主机的启动防盗单元 50, 当驾驶员欲离车时, 依序先拉起手刹车 95时, 则 使方向盘机柱锁具 40中的保险卡掣 53同时拉起, 脱离保险孔 571, 使锁齿条 57 可藉由电动马达 55转动而能前后移动至预定位置, 当驾驶员离开座舱 93时, 致 使座椅压力差感测器 233 出现重量承载消失感测与车门上锁动作致使车门上锁动 作感测器 232感测, 此三者感测器可如前述说明, 可一齐选用或其中二项搭配选 用, 或结合由驾驶员亲自操控数位辨识遥控器 204遥控主机 20的讯号, 或以选择 性加装的超音波感测器 231进行侦测, 端视成本考量, 通过上述等感测器讯号回 传主机 20, 主机 20经确认驾驶员已离车且座舱 93内已无人, 则指令上锁单元 21 进行上锁的作动, 同时启动震动感测器 241 与搭配选择性加装的超音波感测器 231, 进行防盗时段中防盗警戒的运作;
通过上述各单元整体运作, 组构成一套完整具有低成本、 可靠度高、 高科技 防盗功能且能符合人性管理, 安全、 方便使用等多重功效, 防盗效果可臻达高科 技、 前卫先进的车辆先进防盗系统。
虽藉描述某实施例以描述本发明内容, 以上揭示只为示范, 在细部构造及零 件的组合及安排上, 还能有许多变化, 却不背离本请求的本发明的精神及范围。 由于, 本发明具有前述众多的优点及实用价值, 且文中未见相同或近似的设计公 开使用, 本发明不仅可达到预期的创作目的, 且兼具功效的增进, 据此本发明己 符合发明专利有关 「新颖性」 与 「进歩性」 的规定, 爰依法提出发明专利申请, 希早日赐准本发明专利。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 包含有:
一主机, 内置有中央处理器的晶片、 数位辨识装置、 读取器或数位辨识遥控 器, 结合手刹车动作感测器、 座椅压力差感测器、 车门锁动作感测器等, 且依功 能设定与处理各感测器讯号而能使上锁单元、 警报单元等能依功能设定而执行的 电子装置, 主机又依功能需求, 解除防盗单元、 启动防盗单元、 震动感测单元、 断电单元等;
一上锁单元, 通过主机控制, 指令方向盘机柱的锁具与引擎盖的锁具, 两者 进行上锁、 开锁的作动;
一警报单元;
通过上述主机与各单元组合与功能的运作, 自可组构成一套具有高科技防盗 功能、 安全、 方便使用的车辆先进防盗系统。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机内的解除防 盗单元, 设有数位电子辨识装置、 读取头或数位辨识遥控器, 其输入指纹、 声纹、 瞳孔或密码等资料建档, 驾驶员藉读取头输入资料比对而通过辨识或经数位辨识 遥控器遥控主机, 辨识成功后, 则主机令上锁单元的锁具进行开锁, 使车辆达可 行驶的状态。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机内的解除防 盗单元, 在预定极短时间内无法通过辨识或没有参与辨识, 则主机令警报单元的 警报器即发出鸣响。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机内的解除防 盗单元, 在预定极短时间内无法通过辨识或没有参与辨识, 则主机令警报单元的 选择性加装的 3G视讯装置、 GPS卫星定位追踪器等通讯传输器, 通讯车主, 车主 藉 3G手机观看车内状况, 及连线警方追踪逮捕窃贼。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 上锁单元, 设于 方向盘机柱末端的方向盘机柱锁具, 该锁具内具有马达、 齿轮与锁齿条等构件, 组合后锁齿条具有能移动功能, 经由主机控制能对方向盘机柱做上锁、 开锁作动, 因而限制或恢复方向盘的原有操控功能, 其锁具外部由金属硬壳牢固, 以保障锁 具不易为窃贼所拆解而破解防盗功能。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 上锁单元的方向 盘机柱锁具, 其内置有藉手刹车拉、 放作动牵动保险插销的装置, 行驶前, 手刹 车放下, 保险插销同时锁掣锁齿条, 确保行驶安全, 防盗时段中, 手刹车拉起时 也拉起保险插销, 以利开锁之用; 在该锁具完成开锁作动讯号后, 结合放下手刹 车作动、 座椅重量压力差、 与车门上锁作动等感测器出现作动讯号回传主机, 主 机内的断电单元则对启动防盗单元、 震动感测单元、 警报单元等进行断电, 以求 节能与行车安全保障。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 上锁单元, 设于 原有引擎盖锁体侧边的引擎盖锁具, 该锁具内具有马达与锁齿条等构件, 组合后 锁齿条具有移动功能, 经由主机控制, 结合原有引擎盖锁体能对引擎盖产生上锁、 开锁的功效, 引擎盖锁具外部由硬壳牢固, 保障锁具不易为窃贼所拆解而破解防 盗功能。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 警报单元内的警 报器, 设置于引擎室内, 当辨识失败与由震动感测器感测, 经主机判读车辆有遭 偷窃征兆后, 警报器将发出有时间限制的鸣响。 警报器有一般连线鸣响与具有充 电、 蓄电功能的警报器可供选用。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机内的启动防 盗单元, 当驾驶员离车时, 经手刹车动作感测器、 座椅压力差感测器、 车门锁动 作感测器等作动感测, 此三者感测器全部连线或选择其中两项搭配使用, 所出现 作动讯号传输主机, 或由驾驶员亲自操控数位辨识遥控器遥控主机, 主机则令上 锁单元进行上锁防盗, 同时也启动警报单元, 进行防盗侦测警戒运作。
1 0、 如权利要求 9所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机内的启动 防盗单元, 当主机令上锁单元进行上锁防盗之时, 同时也启动选择性加装的超音 波感测器, 进行防盗侦测警戒运作。
1 1、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆先进防盗系统, 其特征在于, 主机连线电瓶 或点烟器的电源, 或原车设计其电瓶置于行李厢, 则可增设、 连线一小电瓶于引 擎室内, 避免行李厢的电瓶, 即使遭断电, 而本车辆先进防盗系统仍具有正常运 作的功效。
