- コンテンツを配信するコンテンツ配信装置と、コンテンツを記録する端末装置とを備えるコンテンツ配信システムであって、
前記コンテンツ配信装置は、
コンテンツを分割する際の分割位置を示す分割情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部から読み出された前記分割情報を前記端末装置に配信する配信部と
を有し、
前記端末装置は、
前記コンテンツ配信装置から前記分割情報を受け取る受け取り部と、
前記分割情報が示す分割位置で前記コンテンツが複数個に分割されて生成された分割コンテンツを、複数個の記録媒体に記録する記録部と
を有するコンテンツ配信システム。 - 前記コンテンツ配信装置において、
前記記憶部は、さらに、前記分割コンテンツに付加するための付加情報を記憶し、
前記配信部は、さらに、前記記憶部から読み出された前記付加情報を前記端末装置に配信し、
前記端末装置において、
前記受け取り部は、さらに、前記付加情報を前記コンテンツ配信装置から受け取り、
前記記録部は、さらに、前記分割コンテンツとともに前記付加情報を前記記録媒体に記録する

コンテンツを分割する際の位置を示す分割情報を記憶するコンテンツ配信装置から、前記分割情報を受け取る受け取り部と、
前記分割情報が示す分割位置で前記コンテンツが複数個に分割されて生成された分割コンテンツを複数個の記録媒体に記録する記録部と
を有する端末装置。 - 前記コンテンツ配信装置は、さらに、前記分割コンテンツに付加するための付加情報を記憶しており、
前記受け取り部は、さらに、前記付加情報を前記コンテンツ配信装置から受け取り、
前記記録部は、さらに、前記分割コンテンツとともに前記付加情報を前記記録媒体に記録する
請求項7に記載の端末装置。 - 前記端末装置は、さらに、前記分割コンテンツに付加するための付加情報を管理する付加情報配信装置と接続されており、

を有する請求項7~請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の端末装置。 - 前記判断部は、コンテンツを分割する必要がないと処理した場合、前記コンテンツを分割することなく前記記録媒体に記録する
請求項13に記載の端末装置。 - 分割したコンテンツを記録媒体に記録する端末装置に、コンテンツを配信するコンテンツ配信装置であって、
コンテンツを分割する際の位置を示す分割情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部から読み出された前記分割情報を前記端末装置に配信する配信部と
を有するコンテンツ配信装置。 - 前記記憶部は、さらに、前記分割情報に基づいて分割されたコンテンツに付加するための付加情報を記憶し、
前記配信部は、さらに、前記記憶部から読み出した前記付加情報を前記端末装置に配信する
請求項15に記載のコンテンツ配信装置。 - コンテンツを分割して記録媒体に記録する端末装置に、分割されたコンテンツに付加するための付加情報を配信する付加情報配信装置であって、
前記付加情報配信装置は、コンテンツを分割する際の分割位置を示す分割情報と前記付加情報の取得先を示す取得先情報とを前記端末装置に配信するコンテンツ配信装置に接続されており、
前記付加情報配信装置は、
前記付加情報を記憶する付加情報記憶部と、
前記付加情報記憶部から読み出した前記付加情報を前記端末装置に配信する付加情報配信部と
を有する付加情報配信装置。 - コンテンツ配信装置から配信されたコンテンツを端末装置によって記録するコンテンツ記録方法であって、
前記コンテンツ配信装置から前記端末装置に、コンテンツを分割する際の分割位置を示す分割情報を配信する配信ステップと、
前記分割情報が示す分割位置で前記コンテンツが複数個に分割されて生成された分割コンテンツを複数個の記録媒体に記録する記録ステップと
を含むコンテンツ記録方法。 - 前記分割コンテンツに付加するための付加情報を取得する付加情報取得ステップを含み、
前記記録ステップでは、前記分割コンテンツとともに前記付加情報を前記記録媒体に記録する

前記分割情報が示す分割位置で前記コンテンツが複数個に分割されて生成された分割コンテンツを複数個の記録媒体に記録する記録ステップと
を含むプログラムを記録した記録媒体。 - 前記分割コンテンツに付加するための付加情報を取得する付加情報取得ステップを含み、
前記記録ステップでは、前記分割コンテンツとともに前記付加情報を前記複数個の記録媒体に記録する
