Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellungsverfahren für Hohlbauteile unter Verwendung eines. Folienschlauchs (1) und eines Formwerkzeugs (3), mit folgenden Schritten: Einbringen eines Kunststoff-Werkstoffs im Bereich einer Innen-Oberfläche (4a, 4b) des Formwerkzeugs (3), Anformen des Werkstoffs an die Innen-Oberfläche (4a, 4b) des Formwerkzeugs (3), Einbringen eines Folienschlauchs (1 ) in das FormWerkzeug (3), so dass der Werkstoff zwischen einer äußeren Oberfläche des Folienschlauchs (1 ) und dem Formwerkzeug (3) positioniert ist, Expandieren des Folienschlauchs (1 ) mit Hilfe von Druck und/oder Vakuum, Einbringen eines Drucks (p) über Atmosphärendruck und/oder Erhitzen des Formwerkzeugs, so dass der Werkstoff ganz oder teilweise geschmolzen wird und formmäßig an eine Innen- Kontur des Formwerkzeugs (3) und eine Außenkontur des expandierten Folienschlauchs (1 ) angepasst wird. Hierzu wird der Folienschiauch (1 ) vor dem Einbringen in das Formwerkzeug (3) so geformt, dass er in einer Schnittebene senkrecht zu seiner Längserstreckung eine Kontur mit einer Vielzahl von über seinen Umfang verteilten in Richtung seiner Längserstreckung verlaufenden Einbuchtungen (E) aufweist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung einen Folienschlauch (1 ) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung desselben.
