Abstract

본 발명은 아나타제형 이산화티탄(TiO2) 나노입자의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 티타늄 t-부톡사이드(Titanium n-butoxide)와 세틸트리메틸 암모늄 염(cetyltrimethyl ammonium salt, CTAS)을 물에 넣고 균일하게 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 60~120℃의 온도로 수열처리하는 단계; 및 수열처리에 의해 생성된 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자를 수득하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 아나타제형 이산화티탄(TiO2) 나노입자의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 별도의 열처리를 하지 않고서도 우수한 결정성을 갖는 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자를 간단한 공정으로 손쉽게 대량으로 제조할 수 있으므로, 아나타제형 이산화티탄 나노입자의 수많은 응용성과 함께 광촉매 시장에 경제적 파급효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
