図1はこの発明の実施の形態1におけるエレベータ避難支援システムの全体構成図である。
図1において、1はエレベータの各台制御装置である。これらの各台制御装置1は、ホールランタン2のエレベータ到着表示制御、チャイム鳴動制御等、各エレベータ全体を制御する機能を有する。3はエレベータ群管理装置である。これらのエレベータ群管理装置3は、各台制御装置1を介し、乗場を共用する複数台のエレベータを群管理制御する機能を有する。
図2はこの発明の実施の形態1におけるエレベータ避難支援システムが設置されたビルに火災が発生した場合を説明するための図である。
図3には、通路表示装置9の表示画面が示される。具体的には、火災が発生した部屋及び避難経路が示される。より具体的には、火災は、建築物左側の側壁の内側に沿った下方から2番目の部屋で発生している。
図4はこの発明の実施の形態1におけるエレベータ避難支援システムが利用されるエレベータの乗場を模式的に示した図である。
図4において、乗車可能エリア表示装置10は、エレベータの乗場の床に埋め込まれたランプ形式の表示器からなる。この乗車可能エリア表示装置10は、かごに乗車することができる人数に相当するエリアのみを点灯表示する機能を有する。また、これにより、複数台のエレベータのうち少なくとも一つのエレベータの停止階として選定された階では、停止階として選定された階に応答しているエレベータも示されることとなる。
図5はこの発明の実施の形態1におけるエレベータの避難支援システムの動作を説明するためのフローチャートである。
まず、ステップS1で、火災感知器5により、火災の発生が感知される。これにより、火災発生が確定され、ステップS2に進む。ステップS2では、火災発生場所等の火災状況に応じて、通路表示装置9及び非常放送装置6により、避難経路の案内表示及びアナウンスが行われる。
Claims (5)
- 建築物に設けられたエレベータと、
前記建築物で災害が発生した場合に、前記建築物の災害状況に応じて、前記建築物の各階の中から前記エレベータの停止階を選定し、前記エレベータに、前記停止階間を昇降する避難運転を行わせる避難運転装置と、
前記エレベータの乗場に通じる通路に設けられた通路表示装置と、
前記エレベータが前記避難運転を行っているときに、前記停止階の前記エレベータの乗場に通じる通路に設けられた通路表示装置に、前記停止階の災害状況に応じて、前記停止階の前記エレベータの乗場までの避難経路を表示させる避難経路表示装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエレベータ避難支援システム。 - 前記エレベータの乗場に設けられた乗車可能表示装置と、
前記エレベータが前記避難運転を行っているときに、前記停止階の前記エレベータの乗場に設けられた乗車可能表示装置に、前記エレベータのかごの定員数と前記かご内の乗客数とに基づいて演算された前記かごに乗車することができる人数を表示させる乗車可能表示指示装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエレベータ避難支援システム。 - 前記乗車可能表示装置は、前記エレベータの乗場の床に設けられたランプ形式の表示器からなり、
前記乗車可能表示指示装置は、前記エレベータが前記避難運転を行っているときに、前記停止階の前記エレベータの乗場に設けられた乗車可能表示装置に、前記かごに乗車することができる人数を点灯表示させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のエレベータ避難支援システム。 - 前記エレベータは、前記エレベータの乗場を共用する複数台からなり、
前記避難運転装置は、前記複数台のエレベータ毎に前記停止階を選定し、前記複数台のエレベータに、前記避難運転を行わせ、
前記乗車可能表示指示装置は、前記複数台のエレベータが前記避難運転を行っているときに、前記複数台のエレベータのうち少なくとも一つのエレベータの停止階として選定された階の前記エレベータの乗場に設けられた乗車可能表示装置に、前記停止階として選定された階に応答しているエレベータを示す表示を行わせることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のエレベータ避難支援システム。 - 前記避難経路表示装置は、前記エレベータが前記避難運転を行っているときに、前記停止階の前記エレベータの乗場に通じる通路に設けられた通路表示装置に、前記停止階の災害状況に応じて、前記停止階から隣接階につながる階段までの避難経路を表示させることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれかに記載のエレベータ避難支援システム。
