図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における避難支援システムを示す構成図である。
図1において、1はビル内に備えられたエレベータ群を管理制御する群管理装置である。即ち、ビル内の各エレベータは、上記群管理装置1により、その運転が群単位で制御されている。2は通信線(例えば、ビル内のLAN等)を介して各群管理装置1に接続された避難支援装置、3及び4は避難支援装置2に接続されたカメラとインターフォンである。
なお、附室9は通常階段8に隣接しているため、健常者は、火災発生時に附室9に留まる必要はなく、階段8を利用して避難することが可能である。
避難支援装置2は、上記機能を実現するため、例えば、避難状況確認部12、避難状況送信部13、通話部14、避難運転部15を備えている。なお、12乃至15に示す各機能は計算機上のソフトウェアによって構成されており、防災管理装置5や避難検出装置、各群管理装置1からの情報に基づき、所定の動作を実施する。
なお、避難状況確認部12が監視し収集する情報には、例えば、避難運転を行っているエレベータの稼動状況(稼動中のエレベータ情報)や、各階床でエレベータに乗車した人数、避難階でエレベータから降車した人数等が含まれる。その他にも、カメラ3やインターフォン4の入力状況に基づく附室9内の避難者の有無や、火災感知器6の動作情報等も、監視及び収集される。
なお、外部計算機環境に対する具体的な送信方法としては、例えば、予め既知である(登録されている)アドレスに対してメール送信を行うことが考えられる。また、インターネットを通して、所定のURLアドレスに対して送信や書き込みを行っても良い。かかる場合、消防員に対してパスワードを予め公開しておけば、消防員のみが必要な情報を閲覧することができる。
また、避難運転部15は、各エレベータ群に対して避難運転指令を行う機能を有している。即ち、避難運転部15は、火災感知器6によって火災が感知された場合に、防災管理装置5からの火災発生階情報や群管理装置1からの情報に基づき、在館者を安全にビル外に避難させるための避難運転を制御する。
そして、避難状況送信部13は、避難状況確認部12によって収集された避難状況に関するデータを、外部計算機環境に対して送信する(S106)。
A:防災員や消防員等の人の判断により避難運転の終了が判定され、その旨の情報が入力された場合
B:火災の拡大や消火活動による浸水等によって、エレベータの運転に対する安全が脅かされた場合
C:在館者を救出する救出階での乗車がなくなるとともに附室9にいる弱者等の滞留がなくなり、在館者の避難が完了したと判定された場合
Claims (3)
- エレベータと、
所定の防火対策及び防煙対策が施された附室と、
を備えたビルに対する避難支援システムであって、
前記附室に設けられ、前記ビル内の防災センターにいる防災員が前記附室に避難した人物を確認するための避難検出装置と、
前記ビルに設けられ、前記ビル内で発生した火災を感知する火災感知器と、
前記火災感知器によって火災が感知された場合に、前記エレベータを在館者の避難用として提供するとともに、前記避難検出装置の入力状況及び前記エレベータの避難運転状況を、外部の計算機環境に送信する避難支援装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする避難支援システム。 - 避難支援装置は、
火災感知器によって火災が感知された場合に、火災発生階情報に基づいて、エレベータの避難運転を制御する避難運転部と、
前記火災感知器によって火災が感知されることにより、前記避難検出装置の入力状況及び前記エレベータの避難運転状況の監視を開始する避難状況確認部と、
前記避難状況確認部による監視情報を、予め登録されている外部計算機環境に送信する避難状況送信部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の避難支援システム。 - 避難状況送信部は、火災感知器によって火災が感知された後、所定の終了条件が成立するまで、定期的に、避難状況確認部による監視情報を外部計算機環境に送信することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の避難支援システム。
