Abstract
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur rußfreien Herstellung von Synthesegas aus kohlenwasserstoffhaltigem Einsatzgas und sauerstoffhaltigem Gas in einer mehrstufigen Kaskade, welche mindestens eine der Stufen katalytisches Autothermes Reformieren und/oder katalytische partielle Oxidation aufweist, wobei jeder Stufe der Kaskade sauerstoffhaltiges Gas und kohlenwasserstoffhaltiges Einsatzgas zugeführt wird, das jeweils zu wasserstoffhaltigem Prozessgas umgesetzt wird und in Reihe die gesamte nachfolgende Kaskade durchläuft. Alternativ handelt es sich um eine zweistufige Reihenschaltung enthaltend in der ersten Stufe einen allothermen Steam-Methan-Reformer, sowie in der zweiten Stufe einen katalytischen Autothermen Reformer, wobei der zweiten Stufe das wasserstoffhaltige Prozessgas der ersten Stufe zugeleitet wird und zusätzlich kohlenwasserstoffhaltiges Einsatzgas, Dampf und sauerstoffhaltiges Gas zugeführt wird, wobei dem katalytischen Autothermen Reformer maximal die 1,5fache Menge an O2 zugeleitet wird, die der Menge an H2 entspricht, die im allothermen Steam-Methan-Reformer entsteht, und das kohlenwasserstoffhaltige Einsatzgas und das sauerstoffhaltige Gas getrennt voneinander über Vorrichtungen, die auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen mit unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung in die letzte katalytische Autotherme Reformierungsstufe ragen, zugeleitet werden, wobei das sauerstoffhaltige Gas über mindestens eine separate Zuführung sekantial zum Mittelpunkt des kreisförmigen Reaktors über dem Katalysatorbett eingebracht wird, und das kohlenwasserstoffhaltige Einsatzgas bevorzugt axial am Kopf des Reaktors zugeleitet wird.
