[31] 在步骤 f中, 夹层具有多种材料能供选择, 根据制作指令, 选择不同的夹层进 入粘合机构。

明改进目前制作相册工艺, 在进纸步骤中釆用双进纸结构, 即相册纸进纸结构 及夹层进纸结构, 并利用自动控制程序对其中一进纸结构进行判断选择, 从而 制作出根据客户需求的有或无夹层的相册, 整个工艺流程实现自动化控制, 改 变现有技术加夹层需手工操作或加夹层与否不能灵活变化的缺陷, 从而提高制 作相册过程的自动化程度以及生产效率。

一种相册全自动制作方法, 该方法所釆用的设备包括相册纸进纸机构、 夹层进 纸机构、 控制这两个机构的微电脑、 粘合机构及裁切机, 其中相册纸进纸机构 依次连接的相册进槽、 分页结构、 压痕机及对折机构, 夹层进纸机构包括依次 连接的相册进槽及分页结构, 该方法包括以下步骤:
[44] a .将打印好的相册纸逐一送入压痕机;
[45] 所述相册纸的印刷单元通过相册激光打印设备或者相册喷墨
设备、 还可以通过卤化银印晒方法形成图像单元, 将多张相册纸由下到上 放置于设备的相册进槽上, 将多张夹层也由下到上
放置于设备的夹层进槽上, 当相册纸进纸吋, 利用相册进槽上的分页机构将相 册纸由上到下逐张抽拉出来, 夹层进槽也与相册进槽一样, 按顺序由上到下 逐张抽拉出来。
[46] b.压痕机将相册纸的中间进行折痕, 将压制了折痕的相册纸传送至对折机构; [47] 本发明中, 压痕机通过
检测装置自动计算出相册纸的长度, 并将相册纸的中间位置传送至压痕机的 冲压结构的正下方, 对相册纸进行冲压折痕。

对折机构将相册纸沿折痕进行对折, 其中, 相册纸的印刷面折叠后位于内侧, 并将折叠好的相册纸送入粘合机构进行自动粘合;
[49] 对折吋, 先对相册纸的中间进行定位, 再沿着相册纸的中间位置对折即可实现 , 具体包括两种方法, 其一为对折机构利用两个相互碾合的辊轮
将相册纸的中间折痕位置卷入两个辊轮中间并进行碾压对折,
当相册纸的折痕位置位于两个辊轮的进纸位置吋, 由于折痕位置较相册纸的整 体平面稍微下沉, 辊轮将利用这个折痕位置将整个相册纸对折卷入两个辊轮中 进行碾压。
其二为利用对折机构沿相册的一端, 以相册中间折痕位置为转轴, 向相册的另 一端翻折, 并碾合折叠面形成相册纸的对折。

当制作指令为无夹层相册吋, 粘合机构进行步骤 e的自动粘合程序, 否则进行步 骤 f的自动粘合程序; 该制作指令可人为对微电脑手动控制完成也可通过程序自 动控制完成。 [51] e.
粘合机构在逐一送入的已对折的相册纸的一外侧面上涂覆粘结剂, 与上一张相 册纸无涂覆粘结剂的另一外侧面贴合, 使两张的贴合面完全对准, 以此类推, 使所有相册纸贴合后形成相册内芯; 其中, 第一张相册纸不涂覆粘结剂。

相册纸和夹层相间送入粘合机构, 粘合机构在夹层一侧面涂覆粘结剂, 与上一 张已进入粘合机构的相册纸的外侧面贴合, 在下一张进入粘合机构的相册纸的 一外侧面涂覆粘结剂, 与夹层另一侧贴合, 并使所有相册纸与夹层的贴合面完 全对准, 再输入另一张夹层, 以此类推, 将所有相册纸与夹层相间贴合后形成 相册内芯。
[53] 其中步骤 e及步骤 f由微电脑根据制作指令控制; 当选择程序 e吋, 微电脑控制相 册纸进纸机构逐一输送相册纸至粘合机构; 当选择程序 f吋, 微电脑控制相册纸 进纸机构和夹层进纸机构相间输送相册纸和夹层至粘合机构。
[54] 在步骤 e与 f之后, 还包括步骤 g, 其为
相册内芯送入裁切机, 进行对准和定位之后, 对相册内芯除相册纸折痕外的三 边进行裁切, 另外
裁切后还可以对这三个侧边进行烫边修饰, 使相册内芯外表更为美观。
[55] 在步骤 g之后, 还包括步骤 h,
粘合机构在相册内芯上下侧面涂覆粘结剂, 将封面与相册内芯上下侧面粘结, 封面的书脊与相册纸折痕同侧, 与相册翻口相对。
所述封面为硬纸板、 相册纸、 皮质或仿皮材料。 皮质材料和硬纸板封面是定制 好的成品, 封面则是直接冲印出的相片, 长度比相册内芯稍长, 中间压上三道 痕, 以相册内芯中间折痕位置对齐并用双面胶粘牢即可。
[56] 步骤 d中, 选择程序 e或 f由微电脑根据制作指令控制; 当选择程序 e吋, 微电脑 控制相册纸进纸机构逐一输送相册纸至粘合机构; 当选择程序 f吋, 微电脑控制 相册纸进纸机构和夹层进纸机构相间输送相册纸和夹层至粘合机构。
[57] 在步骤 e与 f中, 该
粘合机构包括与对折机构连接的吸附滚筒、 设于吸附滚筒一侧的上胶结构、 位 于吸附滚筒下方的平台、 及与吸附滚筒、 能上下运动的平台连接的传动结构。 吸附滚筒包括吸附相册纸或夹层的吸附口、 与吸附口连接的真空管及与真空管 连接的抽真空系统。 粘合机构利用吸附滚筒吸附
相册纸或夹层, 传动到上胶结构位置对相册纸或夹层的一侧进行上胶, 当吸附 滚筒转到最低点吋, 在传动结构的传动下, 平台向上抬起,
滚筒的线速度与平台的运动速度一致,
平台与滚筒对相册纸或带有夹层的相册纸进行碾压粘合。
[58] 相册纸或夹层侧面所涂覆的粘结剂为热熔胶, 所述夹层为塑料薄片或卡纸, 其 中夹层的
厚度根据相册规格要求而决定, 一般为 0.1〜0.3mm, 加入夹层后使相册的页面 更平整、 更硬实, 翻开手感结实, 吋间长而不易受潮变形等优点。
[59] 在步骤 f中, 为了在制作相册中, 有多种不同材料的夹层可供选择, 夹层进纸 机构设有有多个夹层进槽, 根据制作指令, 选择不同的夹层进入粘合机构。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种相册全自动制作方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a .将打印好的相册纸逐一送入压痕机;
b.
压痕机将相册纸的中间进行折痕, 将压制了折痕的相册纸传送至对折机构
对折机构将相册纸沿折痕进行对折, 其中, 相册纸的印刷面折叠后位于内 侧, 并将折叠好的相册纸送入粘合机构进行自动粘合;
d.
当制作指令为无夹层相册吋, 粘合机构进行步骤 e的自动粘合程序, 否则进 行步骤 f的自动粘合程序;
e.
粘合机构在逐一送入的已对折的相册纸的一外侧面上涂覆粘结剂, 与上一 张相册纸无涂覆粘结剂的另一外侧面贴合, 使两张的贴合面完全对准, 以 此类推, 使所有相册纸贴合后形成相册内芯;
f.
已对折的相册纸和夹层相间送入粘合机构, 粘合机构在夹层一侧面涂覆粘 结剂, 与上一张已进入粘合机构的相册纸的外侧面贴合, 在下一张进入粘 合机构的相册纸的一外侧面涂覆粘结剂, 与夹层另一侧贴合, 并使所有相 册纸与夹层的贴合面完全对准, 再输入另一张夹层, 以此类推, 将所有相 册纸与夹层相间贴合后形成相册内芯。

、 根据权利要求 1所述的相册全自动制作方法, 其特征在于: 步骤 d中 , 选择程序 e或 f由微电脑根据制作指令控制; 当选择程序 e吋, 微电脑 控制相册纸进纸机构逐一输送相册纸至粘合机构; 当选择程序 f吋, 微电脑控制相册纸进纸机构和夹层进纸机构相间输送相册纸和夹层至 粘合机构。
