Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de détoxification de substances nocives libérées de déchets et de cendres d’incinération provenant de déchets ou de scories fondues, etc., la diffusion des substances nocives pouvant être correctement évitée à faible coût sans imposer de charge à l’environnement. L’invention concerne également un site de mise au rebut de déchets et une route revêtue. Un minerai à base d’argile perméable à l’eau est disposé de façon à être proche de substances nocives et/ou en contact avec des substances nocives, comme des métaux lourds et des polluants organiques, libérées de déchets et de cendres d’incinération de déchets ou de scories fondues, etc., de sorte que lesdites substances nocives entrent en contact avec le minerai à base d’argile perméable à l’eau et soient ainsi adsorbées sur le minerai à base d’argile perméable à l’eau. Ainsi, les substances nocives sont adsorbées et fixées. En mélangeant et/ou malaxant un minerai à base d’argile perméable à l’eau à des déchets ou des cendres d’incinération de déchets, les substances nocives sont plus efficacement adsorbées et fixées sur le minerai à base d’argile perméable à l’eau.
