Abstract

본 발명은 시료 유입 채널, 시료 분석 사이트 및 시료 배출 채널을 포함하는 실시간 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 시료 분석 사이트는 가역반응성 포획 인식성분 및 시료내의 분석물질-포획인식성분 결합체로부터 발생된 신호를 탐지하는 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석물질의 실시간 연속 검출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일정량의 가역반응성 포획 인식성분을 연속적으로 재활용하여 분석물질 농도 변화를 실시간 측정할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시간 연속 검출장치는 생명체 대사물질, 단백질, 호르몬, 핵산, 세포, 식품검사대상 물질, 환경 유해물질 또는 국방 화생방 측정물질 등을 검출 또는 분석하는데 활용이 가능하므로 의료, 공중보건, 국방, 환경, 식품, 수의, 생명공학 산업에 응용될 수 있다.
