本发明的优点是直接用电磁作动力, 通过杠杆变速驱动撞针完成打钉 , 具有结构简单, 体轻, 制作使用成本低, 使用震动和噪声小, 操作方便, 无配套空压附件, 利于操作携带。 本发明打钉效果与气动钉枪相同, 打钉 速度则快于气动钉枪, 制作成本比气动钉枪低 60% , 有较好的使用效果。 附图说明

撞针滑道 3 , 呈 Π形, 位于杠杆座上端。 撞针滑道下端面开口或设有通 槽形成供杠杆上端运行槽。 撞针滑道前端下部与杠杆座上端固接。 撞针滑 道内滑配有撞针滑块 5 , 撞针滑块下端通过滚轮销 13轴接杠杆上端。 滚轮 销前端的撞针滑块上设滚轮垫片 20, 供滚轮销滑配。 撞针滑块前端通过撞 针销 7连接撞针 6后端, 撞针前端穿过位于撞针滑道前端的减震垫 19位于 枪口钉夹组件上部, 减震垫用耐磨橡胶或塑料制成, 起对撞针导向和减震 作用。 撞针滑道后端用滑道盖 14封固。
枪口钉夹组件 8 , 位于手柄前端, 枪口钉夹组件上部后端与撞针滑道前 端的杠杆座上端固接, 枪口钉夹组件进出钉部向上位于撞针行程内。

使用时, 用手握持手柄, 接通电源, 扣动板机触发微动开关, 触发电 路板上的控制电路, 接通电磁线圈电源, 电磁线圈产生磁力将铁心向左迅 速吸进, 铁心则通过铁心连杆带动杠杆运动, 杠杆上端增速带动撞针滑块 并使其前端的撞针向前冲击枪口钉夹组件口内一型钉, 将其打入固定件中; 同时, 位于复位弹簧连接件上的复位弹簧被压缩在弹簧座与对应的杠杆座 之间。 松开板机, 微动开关断开电磁线圈, 铁心失去吸力, 在复位弹簧伸 开作用下向右运行并依次带动杠杆、 撞针滑块和撞针复位。 完成打钉。
