Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hair-shaped treatment apparatus.
- the treatment (perm treatment) technology for imparting a desired shape to hair such as straight perm and wave perm is the first liquid (softener or reducing agent or cold liquid) applied to the entire hair that has been washed and cleaned.
- first liquid softener or reducing agent or cold liquid
- heat-treating or combing the divided hair applying a cream-like substance, or wave permanent
- a hair rod is wound around the divided hair, and then a second liquid (also referred to as a curing agent, an oxidizing agent, or a cold liquid) is applied or sprayed to perform a curing treatment, and after a predetermined time has elapsed.
- a second liquid also referred to as a curing agent, an oxidizing agent, or a cold liquid
- the conventional perm treatment or hair treatment technology such as treatment treatment is performed by winding the hair around a rod, etc., and then applying the first liquid (reducing agent) to cut the cystine bond of the hair, and so on.
- the first liquid reducing agent
- the second permanent liquid oxidant
- main chain constituting keratin, which is the main component of hair
- the adjacent main chains are on the side of cystine bond, salt bond, hydrogen bond, etc. It is thought that it is connected by a chain to create a network structure, and by this connection, hair is rich in elasticity, and it is considered that it has a restoring force that returns to its original shape as soon as you release your hand even if it is bent. ing.
- heat treatment in which a certain temperature is applied to the hair for a certain time is generally performed.
- the treatment of the hair shape such as the permanent treatment described above uses a medicine or heat, for example, in the treatment of the hair shape using a medicine
- the usage and dosage of the medicine must be strictly handled and handled carefully. Don't be.
- the first liquid progresses before the cystine bond cannot be regenerated in the keratin, damage to the hair is increased.
- the treatment with the second liquid is not complete, the hair is damaged and the hair shape is changed to a predetermined shape. There is a problem that cannot be handled.
- the hair originally possesses by repeatedly applying a force in the stretching direction to the hair in a state close to nature. It is thought that effective use of the stretchability is effective, but the conventional hair-shaped treatment equipment has applied force to the entire hair, so it causes significant damage to the hair, especially the hair root It was a problem to give damage.
- Patent Documents 1 to 4 for such a plurality of problems.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a method and apparatus for treating the shape of hair by applying ultrasonic vibration to the hair without using chemicals or heat. However, Patent Document 1 does not disclose at all how long the shape of the treated hair is maintained without damaging the hair.
- Patent Documents 2 and 3 disclose a hair treatment method using ultrasonic vibration.
- generating such a strong vibration may damage the hair more than necessary, and is not sufficient as a solution to the problem.
- Patent Document 4 discloses a hair-shaped treatment device that gives vibration to the hair at a low frequency in the range of 1 Hz to 20000 Hz via a vibrating body that slides in the length direction of the arm.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of Patent Document 4 since the hair receives vibration from the side surface (arm length direction), the hair reciprocates on the arm. Therefore, the hair is not crushed in the vertical direction, and the circular cross section can be maintained without being damaged, and the elasticity and texture can be maintained, and sufficient evaluation is obtained.
- this Patent Document 4 does not pay attention to the point of utilizing the inherent elasticity of hair, and a sufficient solution is taken in that hair shape processing is performed in a state close to nature. Not.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to repeatedly apply the force in the stretching direction locally to the hair in a state close to nature without applying stress to the hair root.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a hair shape treatment apparatus that can perform treatment smoothly, shorten the treatment time, exert a firm shape imparting effect on the hair, and can maintain the hair shape after treatment for a long period of time. .
- treatment at a relatively low temperature is possible, and hair damage can be prevented.
- the present invention provides the following hair-shaped treatment apparatus.
- a hair-shaped treatment device that imparts a desired shape to hair after being softened by applying or spraying a softener, or to hair after being applied with a hair treatment agent, wherein one arm And the other arm are rotatably connected to each other via a connecting mechanism, and the at least one arm body is disposed on the one or the other arm or the apparatus main body, and has a predetermined frequency.

- the present invention broadly encompasses hair-shaped treatment devices having the invention-specific matters, and is not limited to the following embodiments.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of the present invention is applied to the hair after being softened by applying or spraying the softener or by applying the hair treatment agent.
- This is a hair-shaped treatment device that imparts a desired shape to the hair after the treatment.
- At least one arm 2A and the other arm 2B are connected to the arm body 2 configured to be rotatable through a connection mechanism 5 and the one or the other arm 2A, 2B or the apparatus main body 4A.
- One vibration means 3 for generating vibrations of a predetermined frequency and at least one vibration body 9 disposed on the one or other arm 2A, 2B are provided.
- the arm body 2 is configured to be able to hold and release the hair via the vibrating body 9 by the rotation of the coupling mechanism 5, and the vibrating body 9 slides in the width direction of the arm body 2. The vibration from the vibration means 3 can be transmitted to the held hair.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of the present invention is hair after being softened by applying or spraying a softener, or hair after being applied with a hair treatment (hereinafter referred to as “hair after treatment such as softening” as appropriate).
- hair after treatment such as softening
- the hair shape treatment apparatus of the present invention is suitably used for hair shape treatment.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of the present invention can be suitably used for hair after treatment such as softening, but is not limited to the hair after treatment such as softening, and softening etc. It goes without saying that excellent effects can be obtained even when used on untreated hair.
- Hair softener hair treatment agent
- hair softeners hair treatment agents
- hair dyes hair dyes, treatment agents, set lotions, and more specifically, hair manicure agents, hair treatment agents, hair styling agents, hair rinse agents, hair creams.
- hair mousse agent hair gel agent, hair pack agent and the like.
- Desired shape Although the desired shape that can be imparted using the hair shape treatment apparatus of the present invention is not particularly limited, it is applied to the hair after being softened by applying or spraying the softener, or after the hair treatment agent is applied.
- a hair style such as wave perm or straight perm can be suitably used for hair shape treatment.
- Wave perm When applying wave perm, the hair is washed and further combed with the softened hair using the first liquid, and a certain amount is grasped, and the bundle of hair is aligned from the hairline to the hair tip, for example, Using the hair shape treatment device of this embodiment, by attaching a wave (curl) in a certain direction to the hair with a curling iron, or winding it around a hair rod or the like so that a substantially uniform tension is applied from the hairline to the hair tip, It can be processed into a desired shape.
- a wave curl
- Straight perm When applying a straight perm, after washing the hair, comb the hair bundle that has been grasped by a certain amount, align it from the hairline to the tip of the hair, and then apply or spray the first liquid to soften the hair.
- a bundle of hair that has been grasped by a certain amount while combing is aligned from the hairline to the tip of the hair, and can be processed into a desired shape using, for example, the hair-shaped processing apparatus of this embodiment so as to be straight.
- Vibration means The vibration means included in the present embodiment has a function of a power source that vibrates a vibrating body and gives (applies) vibration to the softened hair.
- the vibration means 3 is arranged on the arm body 2 (arm 2A, arm 2B).
- the arrangement location is not limited to the arm body 2, and for example, a device as shown in FIG.
- the apparatus main body may be provided.
- the above-mentioned vibration means is disposed on the arm body.
- the vibration means 3 such as a ceramic actuator is disposed on the arm 2B of the arm body 2 as in the hair-shaped treatment apparatus shown in FIG. 1B, the vibration transmission distance to the vibration body can be shortened.
- the desired vibration can be reliably applied (transmitted) to the hair. That is, it can be said that the loss of vibration transmission to the hair is reduced, and the vibration to be applied can be adjusted reliably and smoothly, which is one of preferable modes.
- the vibration means for example, an electric motor such as a small motor or a flat motor, an electromagnetic actuator, a ceramic actuator, or the like can be cited, and includes those that can be connected to a household power source via the power cord 7.
- the vibration means is constituted by a ceramic actuator or the like, since electric energy can be directly converted into mechanical linear motion energy, energy efficiency is improved and power saving can be achieved.
- the end of the operation of the vibration means is performed by providing a known power switch or the like.
- the thing of rotational motion output like an electric motor as a vibration means as shown to FIG. 18A, it converts into a linear motion using the cam mechanism 10, for example, and also to FIG.
- the cam mechanism 60 may be used to convert the straight movement described above into a sliding (reciprocating) movement in the width direction of the arm so as to vibrate a vibrating body to be described later.
- the vibration means comprised in this way may have a burden on the hair-shaped processing operation, when the weight becomes too large, it is preferable that it is as light as possible.
- the vibration means is configured to be capable of generating a vibration at a predetermined frequency.
- generating vibration at a predetermined frequency and applying a force in the stretching direction of the hair within the desired range utilizing the inherent elasticity of hair, cystine bonds, salt bonds, hydrogen bonds, etc. in hair keratin Can be cut to the details.
- the vibration means is configured to generate vibrations having a predetermined frequency of 1 Hz to 200000 Hz.
- the vibration means By configuring the vibration means in this way, for example, if the vibration has a predetermined frequency consisting of a minimum value, a force that repeatedly extends and contracts in the width direction of the arm and locally on the hair can be applied.
- the vibration has a maximum frequency and a predetermined frequency, the hair can be vibrated repeatedly and finely in the width direction of the arm. In other words, the hair is subjected to a force that repeatedly stretches and stretches locally in a state close to nature.
- the vibration means for generating the amplitude is reduced although the area of the amplitude that can be selected is smaller in terms of providing finer vibration compared to 200000 Hz. Since it does not become excessively complicated or large, it is convenient in terms of production, and production costs can be reduced.
- the vibration means is configured to generate vibrations having a frequency in the range of 10 Hz to 100 Hz. This is because it is considered that low-frequency vibration having a frequency in the range of 10 Hz to 100 Hz can give a repetitive force locally in a state closer to nature than ultrasonic vibration. Accordingly, when such low-frequency vibration is applied along the width direction of the arm 2B as shown in FIGS. 1A and 2, it becomes easy to repeatedly apply a force in the direction of expansion and contraction locally to the hair, which the hair originally has. Elasticity can be used, and damage to the hair root can be reduced as much as possible while maintaining a natural texture. In addition, breakage of cystine bonds, salt bonds, hydrogen bonds, etc. in hair keratin can be applied to the details.
- the hair is enhanced. It is considered preferable for shape processing.
- the frequency of the vibration means within a predetermined numerical range, it becomes possible to maintain the elasticity and texture of the hair.
- the frequency of the vibration means is configured to be switchable.
- the shape and shape of the hair can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the individual hair by configuring the predetermined frequency as described above so that the hardness and thickness of the hair vary from person to person. It is.
- the arm body 2 provided in the present embodiment includes one arm 2A and the other arm 2B, and the one arm 2A and the other arm 2B are rotatably connected by a connecting mechanism 5. Furthermore, one arm 2A and the other arm 2B are configured to be rotatable to such an extent that hair can be held. Here, if the arms are in intense contact with each other when performing the hair treatment, the hair sandwiched between the arms may be crushed.
- the contact between the arms, the contact between the vibrating body disposed on one of the arms and the other arm, or the vibrating body disposed on either one of the arms and the other arm It is preferable that the contact with the fixing member disposed on the arm or the contact between the vibrating bodies disposed on both arms contact with a strength that can hold the hair.
- the arm body holds the hair is an important problem for the hair-shaped treatment apparatus. For example, if the hair is pinched by pressing strongly (high pressure), and the hair shape is processed with the high pressure applied, the cross-section of the hair is already crushed at the stage of strong pressure, and the crushed hair is chased. Since the treatment of the hair shape is applied as it is applied, double or triple damage is given to the hair. In other words, even if the arm body is configured to be able to give a predetermined vibration to the hair from a predetermined direction, the pressed and damaged hair is further subjected to the hair shape processing operation. It will continue to be squeezed.
- one arm and the other arm are gently held by the two arms so as not to crush the hair via the coupling mechanism, and are expanded and contracted to the hair while holding the hair by the two arms. I tried to exercise.
- a protrusion 47a as shown in FIG. It is also preferable to provide in 2B and to provide the recess 47b in the arm 2A.
- the protrusion 47a and the recess 47b described above can be prevented. Therefore. Pressing on the hair is avoided. That is, vibration can be applied in a state close to nature.
- the shape of the arm body examples include a columnar shape, a rectangular shape, and a rod shape.
- the shape of the arm body is not limited to these shapes, and the shape of the arm body is easy to hold and release hair, and in addition, is easy to rotate via the coupling mechanism. It is desirable to be.
- the arm body is preferably formed in a hollow shape when the vibrating body 9 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and the vibration transmitting body 25 shown in FIG. 1B are disposed. It is not limited to such a hollow shape, a shape in which a vibrating body can be easily disposed, a shape in which vibration is easily imparted to the hair when the vibrating body is disposed, and a shape in which other peripheral members can be easily disposed. If so, it is included in the arm body provided in the present embodiment.
- the arm body is made of a known metal material such as titanium alloy, geralumin, aluminum alloy, steel, etc., but is not limited to these materials, and is made of light weight, vibration resistant, and durable. Also good. Furthermore, it is preferable to form from the material which has the above-mentioned property and was excellent in heat resistance.
- connection mechanism As shown in FIG. 1A, the arm body is configured to be rotatably connected via a connecting mechanism 5. That is, one arm 2A and the other arm 2B are configured to be pivotably connected with the rivet portion 5a as a base axis, so that the arm can be pivoted up and down in the direction of the plane of FIG. 1A. Composed.
- the connection mechanism is not limited to such a connection mechanism, and a known connection structure in which the arm body is rotatable is also included in the connection mechanism provided in the present embodiment.
- the arm body is provided with a biasing member such as a spring that facilitates rotation (opening and closing of one arm and the other arm). This is because the hair can be held smoothly and the hair treatment can be performed smoothly.
- a biasing member such as a spring that facilitates rotation (opening and closing of one arm and the other arm).
- Vibrating body At least one vibrating body is disposed on one or the other arm, and is configured to be able to hold and release hair via the vibrating body. Furthermore, the vibrating body is configured to be able to impart vibration in the width direction of the arm body and to transmit vibration from the vibrating means to the held hair.
- the vibration body is thus configured because the vibration body plays a role of transmitting vibration generated by the vibration means to the hair. That is, by constructing the vibrating body in this way, it is possible to repeatedly apply a force in the direction of expansion and contraction locally to the hair in a state close to nature without applying stress to the hair root. By utilizing this property, it is possible to cut the keratin of hair keratin such as cystine bond, salt bond, hydrogen bond, etc. to the details, and the effect of the present application can be achieved.
- the vibrating body is configured to be slidable in the width direction of the arm body. As the vibrating body slides in the width direction of the arm body, it becomes easier to transmit vibration to the hair, and it gives repeated force in the stretching direction locally to the hair in a state close to nature without applying stress to the hair root. This is because it becomes easier.
- At least one vibrating body is disposed on one or the other arm means that if one vibrating body is disposed on at least one arm, one vibrating body is disposed on the other arm. It may be arranged or may not be arranged. Alternatively, it means that one vibrating body may be disposed on both arms, and a plurality of vibrating bodies may be disposed on both arms. This is because the effect of the present application can be achieved if at least one arm is provided with at least one arm.
- a fixing member or the like may be provided so that the hair can be held and released via the fixing member and the vibrating body.
- “applying force in the direction of stretching of the hair” usually means that the hair expands and contracts due to climate, temperature, humidity, etc. This is because the damage given can be reduced.
- the force of “repetitive” stretching direction is applied to the hair by applying vibration in only one direction with respect to the hair length direction, the hair remains stretched or contracted, causing damage and It is because it becomes easy to give stress. Therefore, vibrations can be repeatedly applied in two directions along the length of the hair.
- the reason for "applying force in a state close to nature" is that if excessive force is applied to a person from a direction that does not have stretchability of the hair, it may damage the hair. That is, even if the elasticity of the hair is used, there is a limit to the elasticity of the hair, and if the force is applied before the limit is exceeded, or if the force is applied to the person from the direction in which the hair does not stretch, This is because it will damage the hair.
- “locally” means that, for example, when a vibration is applied so that the hair sandwiched (held) by the arm is pulled in one direction, the hair root is pulled and the hair root is pulled. Stress is also excessive.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a state before the hair 99 is held by the hair-shaped treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1, and the arm 2B of the hair-shaped treatment apparatus 1.
- FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which a vibrating body 9 is disposed and a fixing member 15 is disposed on the arm 2A and a part thereof is omitted.
- 3A is a diagram schematically showing only the fixing member 15 and the vibrating body 9 shown in FIG. 1A, and the sliding direction of the vibrating body is indicated by an arrow A.
- FIG. 3B to 3E are diagrams schematically showing how the vibrating body 9 slides after the hair 99 is held.
- the sliding vibrating body 9 is based on the fixing member 15.
- FIG. It is the figure which showed the state which moves (slides) in the width direction (The left-right direction (arrow direction of FIG. 3A) of a paper surface) of an arm in a case.
- FIGS. 5B to 5E FIGS. 7B to 7E, FIGS. 9B to 9E, FIGS. 11B to 11E, FIGS. 13B to 13E, and FIGS. 15B to 15E.
- the vibrating body 9 applies (slides) vibration in the width direction of the arm 2B (shown in FIG. 2), that is, in the left-right direction (arm width direction) with reference to the fixing member 15.
- the vibration body 9 and the fixing member 15 hold the hair 99 as shown in FIG. 3B and apply vibration
- the hair 99 is stretched leftward as shown in FIG. 3C.
- this applied vibration is repeatedly performed reciprocally, as shown in FIG. 3D, when the vibrating body 9 returns to the position before the start of the vibration application (the same original position as FIG. 3B), the hair does not stretch. . That is, it contracts compared to the time of stretching, and returns to the original state (length) before stretching that the hair originally had. Further, as shown in FIG.
- the vibrating bodies are placed on the upper and lower arms (one and the other arm) as in the hair-shaped treatment apparatus shown in FIG. The thing arranged one by one is mentioned.
- the vibrator 9 (9a, 9b) is disposed on each of the upper arm (one arm 2a) and the lower arm (the other arm 2b), As shown in FIG. 5A, these vibrating bodies 9 are configured to slide in the opposite direction (upper and lower vibrating bodies). Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the vibration is applied to the vibrating body 9 (9a, 9b) of the upper arm 2a and the lower arm 2b by applying hair to the vibrating body 9 (9a, 9b), the vibrating body 9a of the upper arm 2a slides to the right.
- the hair held by the upper and lower arms via the vibrating body is repeatedly subjected to vibration in the left-right direction. That is, the hair is repeatedly subjected to a cycle in which the hair is pulled locally or the pulled force is relaxed, and a force in the stretching direction is repeatedly applied locally in a state close to nature.
- the sliding of the vibrating body is not limited to the sliding pattern that alternately slides in another direction, and is configured to slide simultaneously in the same direction without sliding alternately. May be.
- the vibrating bodies disposed on the upper arm and the lower arm may be configured to simultaneously apply vibration in the left direction or the right direction. This is because at least the effects of the present application can be obtained if sliding is repeatedly performed in the left-right direction (arm width direction).
- the above-described alternate sliding (sliding) in a different direction is more preferable because the hair can easily expand and contract.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view schematically showing a hair-shaped treatment apparatus, partly omitted
- FIG. 5A shows an upper arm (one arm) and a lower arm (the other arm).
- 6 is a front view schematically showing the vibrating body disposed in the arm from the tip direction (arrow A side) of the arm, and other members are omitted.
- FIGS. 5B to 5E are diagrams schematically showing a state in which the hair is held by the vibrating body disposed on the upper arm and the lower arm.
- FIG. 6 As another example in which one vibrating body is disposed on each of the arms, there is a hair-shaped treatment apparatus shown in FIG.
- one vibrating body 9a and one fixing member 15a are disposed on the upper arm 2a, and one vibrating body 9b and one fixing member 15b are disposed on the lower arm 2b.
- a stress for holding the hair is applied to the contact surface between each vibrating body and the hair.
- stress associated with the sliding of the vibrating body is further applied to the hair, and in the sliding direction as the vibrating body slides. The hair will be pulled.
- FIG. 7A when vibration is applied to the vibrating body 9a of the upper arm 2a and the vibrating body 9b of the lower arm 2b, the sliding of the vibrating body 9a of the upper arm is the same as the upper arm 2a.
- the lower arm vibrating body 9b slides on the fixing member 15b arranged in the width direction of the same arm 2b while sliding while moving toward and away from the fixing member 15a arranged in the width direction. On the other hand, it slides while approaching and moving away. That is, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the vibrating body and the fixing member hold the hair and impart vibration to the vibrating body, the vibrating body repeats sliding as shown in FIGS. 7C to 7E.
- the fixing members 15a and 15b disposed on the respective arms serve to hold the hair when the vibrating bodies 9a and 9b slide, and the hair between the fixing member and the vibrating body is locally pulled. Since the cycle in which the pulled force is relaxed is repeated, a force in the stretching direction can be repeatedly applied to the hair locally in a state close to nature.
- the range in which the hair expands and contracts is only the length of the hair that is the contact area between the vibrating body and the vibrating body, that is, after the vibrating body slides from the area before each vibrating body slides. Since it is limited to a local region until the maximum sliding (sliding), hair treatment can be performed without giving stress and other burdens or damages to not only the entire hair but also the hair root.
- the sliding of the two vibrating bodies is to be simultaneously slid in the same direction.
- the sliding is alternately performed in a different direction.
- this embodiment is included in the present embodiment as long as the effects of the present application are achieved. This is because it becomes easy to extend and contract with respect to the hair locally, and the effects of the present application can be achieved.
- the shape of the vibrating body may be configured as a flat plate member as shown in FIGS. 1A to 4, for example, but is not limited to such a shape, and the arm 2B (or the arm 2A) ),
- the hair held by the arm body 2 is suitable for the vibrating body provided in the present embodiment as long as the hair can be repeatedly repeatedly applied in the stretching direction of the hair in a state close to nature.
- the vibrating body included in the present embodiment may be formed from such a member (shape or the like).
- the dimensions of the vibrating body are not particularly limited. For example, it may be dimensioned so as to occupy the entire width direction of the arm (see FIG. 1A), or it may be dimensioned so as to occupy only a part of the width direction of the arm as shown in FIG. 8A. .
- the holding area of the hair can be kept wide, and when the size is formed like the vibrating body shown in FIG. 8A, vibration can be applied to the hair more locally. preferable. Below, the hair-shaped processing apparatus of FIG. 8A is demonstrated.
- At least one vibrating body and a fixing member are arranged in the width direction of the arm body. That is, the vibrating body 9 and the fixing member 15 are arranged side by side in the width direction on the lower arm 2b, and one fixing member 15 is arranged on the upper arm 2a. Further, as shown in FIG. 9A, the vibrating body is arranged so that it can slide in the width direction with a part of the lower arm. As shown in FIG.
- the above-described example is an example, and is not limited to the arrangement of the sliding body and the fixing member shown in FIG. 8A.
- at least one vibration body and a fixing member are arranged side by side in the width direction of the arm body, such as arranging a vibration body and a fixing member on the upper arm and only a fixing member on the lower arm. Anything is included in this embodiment.
- the vibrating body and the fixing member are arranged at least one by one in the width direction of the arm body, the vibrating body and the fixing member are spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the arm body. Is preferred.
- the vibrating body and the fixing member are arranged apart from each other in the width direction of the arm body, it is possible to keep an appropriate area for giving vibration to the hair and smooth the vibrating body without hindering sliding. It is because it can be made to slide.
- it is easy to secure installation space for the vibrating body and the fixing member, and it is easy to arrange other members around the vibrating body and the fixing member.
- the vibrating body and the fixing member are “disposed in the width direction of the arm body” means that the vibrating body and the fixing member arranged in the arm do not contact each other, and the same arm It means to arrange in the width direction. This is because if the vibrating body and the fixing member are arranged in contact with each other without being separated from each other, the vibrating body may not slide to the extent that the hair is sufficiently expanded and contracted.
- At least two vibrating bodies are arranged side by side in the width direction on one or both of the arm bodies.
- the area to be expanded and contracted is limited, the stress on the hair root can be suppressed and the effects of the present application can be achieved.
- the hair is held between the vibrating body and the fixing member disposed on the other arm body, and the width direction of the arm It is preferable that the vibrator is repeatedly slid in the left-right direction when the fixing member is used as a reference.
- This fixing member plays a role of holding the hair as a fixing plate or a holding plate of the hair in cooperation with the vibrating body. That is, when holding the hair, stress (for holding the hair) acts on at least both side surfaces of the hair from the fixing member and the vibrator arranged to face the fixing member.
- the region where the hair expands and contracts is only the length of the hair that is the contact region between the fixing member and the vibrating member, that is, the vibrating member slides with the fixing member as a base point. It will be limited to the local area.
- the region of vibration application causing the hair to expand and contract is limited to the sliding region of the vibrating body, the hair treatment can be performed not only on the entire hair but also on the hair root without causing stress or damage. Is possible.
- the hair-shaped treatment device shown in FIG. 10 is an example.
- the fixing member 15a is disposed on the upper arm 2a, and the two vibrating bodies 9b, 9b are disposed on the lower arm 2b while being spaced apart from each other in the width direction, and are further slid in the opposite direction. It is supposed to move.
- the vibrating bodies 9b and 9b slide in the opposite directions in the width direction of the lower arm 2b.
- FIGS. 11B to 11E each vibrating body repeatedly slides in the width direction of the arm. To do.
- the hair is surely stretched in the left-right direction while limiting the part to be stretched and moved only to the part of the hair held by the two vibrators arranged in the width direction of the arm and the fixing member.
- the fixing member serves as a so-called fixing plate or holding plate for hair that expands and contracts via the vibrating body, and even if the two vibrating bodies slide in the width direction of the arm, The hair surface on the contact side is moderately stressed by the vibrating body and tries to stay at the contact location.
- the stress for holding the hair is applied to at least the hair surface on the vibrating body side from the two vibrating bodies arranged so as to face the fixing member, the two vibrating bodies slide in the arm width direction.
- the force applied in the sliding direction of the vibrating body is larger on the hair surface on the vibrating body side, and therefore, the hair surface is pulled in the sliding direction as the two vibrating bodies slide.
- the other side is pulled or loosened so as to extend in the width direction of the arm by the alternating sliding of the vibrating body, and the hair expands and contracts.
- the region where the hair expands and contracts is limited to the length of the hair that is the contact region between the fixing member and the vibrating member, that is, the local region where the vibrating member slides with the fixing member as a base point. It will be.
- vibration can be applied so as to repeatedly extend only the length of the hair contacting the two vibrating bodies of the upper arm (or the two vibrating bodies of the lower arm), and each sliding body is in the opposite direction. And since it slides repeatedly in the left-right direction, it can be reliably stretched to the hair. In addition, since the area to be expanded and contracted is limited, the stress on the hair root can be suppressed and the effects of the present application can be achieved.
- the hair-shaped treatment device shown in FIG. 12 can be cited as an example.
- two vibrating bodies are arranged on each of the upper arm 2a and the lower arm 2b.
- the four vibrating bodies slide in a staggered manner along the width direction of the arm. That is, the sliding body 9c disposed on the upper arm 2a and the sliding body 9e disposed on the lower arm are slid while holding the hair, and the upper arm 2a
- the sliding body 9d disposed and the sliding body 9f disposed on the lower arm make a pair and slide while holding the hair.
- the pair of sliding members 9c and 9e and the pair of sliding members 9d and 9f move toward and away from each other while holding the hair. Done.
- each sliding body When these sliding bodies 9c, 9d, 9e, and 9f are slid while holding the hair, as shown in FIGS. 12B to 12E, each sliding body performs expansion and contraction motion only in a specific region in the width direction of the arm.
- the hair is repeatedly stretched in the length direction (left and right directions on the paper surface of FIGS. 13B to 13E) while limiting the region to be used. That is, cyclic vibration in which only the hair at the portion that contacts the two vibrating bodies of the upper arm (or the two vibrating bodies of the lower arm) is repeatedly pulled or stretched locally or the pulled force is relaxed. Is granted.
- each sliding body since each sliding body is a reverse direction and slides repeatedly in the length direction of hair, the extension to hair can be performed reliably.
- the area to be expanded and contracted is limited, the stress on the hair root can be suppressed and the effects of the present application can be achieved.
- vibration can be imparted on both the upper and lower surfaces, the hair can be reliably stretched.
- the vibration amplitude of the vibrating body is preferably in the range of 0.0001 mm to 10 mm, and more preferably in the range of 0.2 mm to 1 mm. That is, by giving an amplitude within the above-mentioned predetermined range, it is easy to apply a force in the direction of stretching repeatedly to the hair locally in a state close to natural without applying stress to the hair root, and the hair originally has Not only can the elasticity be used, but also the keratin of hair can be easily broken down to its details, such as cystine bonds, salt bonds and hydrogen bonds. In other words, the elasticity and texture of the hair can be maintained without being damaged due to excessive application of the force in the stretching direction.
- the treatment of the hair shape while applying vibration in a certain direction can help the penetration of the first liquid into the hair and enhance the effect of the first liquid such as softening the hair.
- vibration generated by the vibration means can be applied to any one, plural, alternating or all of the vibrating bodies.
- smooth treatment can be performed, which is preferable.
- hair characteristics vary greatly among individuals, and the individual differences often affect the hair treatment process. In this way, flexible processing according to individual differences can be realized by making it possible to select vibrations to which vibrations can be applied as appropriate.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus described above includes a first vibrating body that slides in the width direction of the arm, and further a second vibrating body that can slide along the length direction or the vertical direction of the arm. It is more preferable to comprise.
- vibration can be repeatedly imparted in the length direction of the hair. That is, since shape treatment can be imparted in the direction of stretching of the hair, it is preferable because the shape treatment of the hair can be performed without giving damage and giving a natural texture.
- a second vibrating body that is slidable along the length direction of the arm is provided so that the hair can be reciprocally rotated, so that the cross-sectional diameter of the hair is not reduced.
- the hair can be shaped. With such a configuration, for example, after reciprocating and rotating the hair to adjust the hair cross-section to a circular shape, or by reciprocating and rotating the hair to adjust the hair cross-section to a circular shape. Since the shape treatment can be imparted in the stretching direction of the hair before, the shape treatment suitable for the individual characteristics can be easily performed, and the hair treatment that brings out the texture and beauty inherent to the hair becomes possible.
- the second vibrating body when the second vibrating body is slidable along the vertical direction of the arm, a constant contact pressure can be maintained, and uniform hair treatment is possible. This is preferable.
- the hair in the case of the cylindrical hair iron, the hair is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the vibrating body, and the hair is pressed against the vibrating body with the pressing member.
- hair in the case of a flat iron, hair may be sandwiched between upper and lower arms, and the arm may be pressed strongly against the vibrating body.
- the second vibrating body capable of applying vibration in the thickness direction of the arm by providing the second vibrating body capable of applying vibration in the thickness direction of the arm, the same effect can be obtained by vibration of the vibrating body itself without strongly pressing the vibrating body or the arm. .
- the hair is often sandwiched between arms at the root and the iron is moved in the direction of the tip to treat the hair. In this case, the amount of hair decreases toward the tip, so the contact pressure with the iron is reduced. There is a problem of being lowered. Therefore, it is preferable to provide the second vibrating body capable of applying vibration in the thickness direction because a constant contact pressure can be maintained and uniform hair treatment can be performed.
- vibration can be applied along the vertical direction.
- vibration it is possible to apply vibration to the hair of the first vibrating body and the second vibrating body either alone, alternately, or simultaneously. It is preferable that the application of vibration to the hair can be appropriately selected, so that the hair can be treated appropriately and smoothly, and the original texture and beauty of the hair can be drawn out. Furthermore, it is preferable because hair treatment can be performed in accordance with the characteristics of individual hair. In particular, individual hair before hair shape treatment has a great individual difference, and in some cases, there may be sufficient hair already damaged before shape treatment. Appropriate vibration is applied to the hair in an oblique direction before and after the hair is stretched in the direction of stretching the hair or before and after the rotational reciprocating motion. In some cases. In particular, depending on damaged hair, imparting vibration from an oblique direction may reduce hair damage. Therefore, as described above, the vibration can be repeatedly applied in the oblique direction.
- the upper arm 2a is provided with one second vibrating body that slides in the length direction of the arm, and the lower arm 2b is slid in the width direction of the arm.
- the moving first vibrating body and the fixing member may be arranged side by side.
- the first vibrating body and the second vibrating body are arranged on the respective arms as described above, the first vibrating body slides in the width direction of the lower arm and is arranged on the upper arm as shown in FIG. 15A.
- the second vibrating body to be slid in the length direction of the arm. That is, when the sliding body disposed on the upper arm 2a and the sliding body disposed on the lower arm slide while holding the hair as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS.
- the force that causes the expansion / contraction movement from the width direction of the arm and the force that causes the rotation movement from the length direction of the arm are repeatedly applied locally.
- stress is applied to the hair in a diagonal direction with respect to the length direction of the hair by applying a force from each direction, thereby repeatedly acting locally. Therefore, it is possible to cause stretching and rotation according to the characteristics of the individual hair, and furthermore, since the area to be applied to the hair is limited, stress on the hair root can be suppressed.
- first vibrating body disposed on the lower arm is disposed on the upper arm, and the second vibrating body disposed on the upper arm.
- a hair-shaped treatment apparatus composed of two pieces arranged on the lower arm is also included in this embodiment.
- the number of first vibrating bodies and the number of second vibrating bodies to be disposed may be appropriately selected.
- Fixing member The fixing member in the present embodiment plays a role of holding the hair together with the aforementioned vibrating body.
- the fixing member usually does not impart vibration to the hair like the vibrating body, but holds the hair, that is, the fixing member while preventing the hair from being crushed on the fixing member (or below the fixing member). Used to fasten to the contact surface.
- At least one of the fixing members is configured as a vibrating body. It is because it becomes easy to impart vibration appropriately according to the characteristics of individual hair.
- examples of the shape of the fixing member include a flat plate shape, a circular shape, and an oval shape.
- the shape of the fixing member is not limited to such a shape, and is a shape that can be arranged in the width direction of the arm and holds hair. Any shape that is easy to do can be suitably used in the present embodiment.
- examples of the material for the fixing member include metals, ceramics, and resins.
- a motor 22 that is a vibration generating means 3 that is a power source is disposed on a lower arm 2b that is one arm, and a vibrating body 9 is further disposed.
- a connecting portion 11a for connecting the vibrating body 9 and the vibration transmitting body 25 is provided on the surface of the vibrating body 9 opposite to the surface holding the hair, and a part of the vibration transmitting body 25 is provided.
- the connecting portion 11b is provided as a joint that configures and transmits the vibration of the vibration transmitting body 25 to the vibrating body via the connecting portion 11a.
- the connecting portion 11a and the connecting portion 11b constitute the connecting structure 11.
- the coupling structure 11 transmits the vibration to the vibration transmission body 25 via the cam mechanism 10 including the vibration transmission body 25, the eccentric cam 23, and the cam 24, and the cam including the eccentric cam and the cam from the vibration transmission body 25.
- the vibration generated by the vibration means 3 is transmitted to the vibrating body 9 via the mechanism 10 (see FIG. 18A). In this way, vibration is transmitted from the vibrating body 9 to the hair.
- the vibration transmission body 25 receives vibration from the motor 22 via the cam mechanism 10, the vibration transmission body 25 repeats sliding (vibration) along the width direction of the arm.
- the vibration is transmitted from the vibration transmitting body 25 to the vibrating body 9 via the cam mechanism 60 (see FIGS. 18B and 18C) including the eccentric cam 63 and the cam 64 and the connecting structure 11.
- the vibrating body 9 that has received the vibration transmits the vibration to the hair in the width direction of the arm.
- an opening 12 is formed in the vibrating body holding portion of the arm. Opening end portions 12a and 12b are formed at both ends of the opening portion 12 in the width direction.
- the opening 12 is formed by the L-shaped portion 11b (see FIG. 17) in which the vibration transmitting body 25 slides along the length direction of the arm and constitutes the connecting structure 11 via the cam mechanism. ) Slides between the open end portions 12a and 12b along the width direction of the arm.
- the sliding of the L-shaped portion 11b is preferably formed so as not to contact the respective end portions of the opening end portions 12a and 12b. It is preferable that the contact.
- the L-shaped portion 11b directly hits the open end portions 12a and 12b, it becomes difficult to accurately transmit the vibration of the vibration means 3 to the vibrating body 9, so that the hair locally expands and contracts in the length direction of the hair. This is because it is difficult to apply vibration repeatedly.
- the aforementioned cam mechanism is adjusted so that the sliding distance of the L-shaped portion is set to the opening portion. It is preferable to be configured to be slidable by the width dimension of 12, that is, by the width dimension of the opening end portions 12a and 12b.
- the vibrating body 9 moves along the arm width direction, the maximum movement in the arm width direction side is performed when the L-shaped portion 11b of the connection structure 11 is in contact with the opening end portion 12a. . That is, the vibrating body 9 is configured to be slidable between the maximum movements on both sides in the arm width direction.
- the L-shaped portion 11b of the connection structure 11 when the L-shaped portion 11b of the connection structure 11 is in contact with the end portions of the open end portions 12a and 12b, the L-shaped portion 11b (or the open end portions 12a and 12b) functions as a stopper. Therefore, the opening end portions 12a and 12b and the connecting structure 11 are materials having strength such as pressure resistance, friction resistance, and heat resistance so that no excessive load (impact) is applied to any end portion. Preferably it is formed from.
- the vibrating body 9 is configured to be slidable along the width direction of the arm between the recesses of the recess 13 formed in the width direction of the arm.
- the configuration is not limited to such a configuration, and for example, the vibrating body may be configured to be slidable on the arm 2B without providing a recess.
- the recess when the recess is formed, it is preferable to provide the contact ends 14a and 14b at the end of the recess in the width direction of the arm. This is because the vibration of the vibrating body 9 is retained in the recess so that the vibration applied to the hair can be easily controlled.
- the vibrating body holding portion 16 because a concave portion can be easily formed in the arm 2B by attaching a member having a contact end to the arm 2B.
- FIG. 17 shows a configuration in which the vibrating body 9 is held by the connection structure 11 and does not come into contact with the recess 13.
- the configuration is not limited to such a configuration, and the vibrating body comes into contact with the recess 13 ( It may be configured to be slidable while being in contact.
- the contact portion of the vibrating body and the recess contacting (contacting) the vibrating body is excellent in friction resistance. It is preferable to be comprised with a member.
- the hair it is also preferable to form the hair so that hair does not enter between the vibrating body, the contact end 14a of the recess, and the contact end 14b by covering the recess in which the vibration body is disposed.
- the member to be coated rubber or the like can be mentioned. However, if it has elasticity and vibration transmission, the concave portion may be covered with such a material.
- the apparatus main body 4A is configured as the first gripping body.
- the arm 2A is provided with a second gripping body 4B that can be gripped by hand or connected to the arm 2A, and further, the first gripping body 4A that is the apparatus main body and the second gripping body described above.
- One arm 2A and the other arm 2B are configured to freely rotate via the coupling mechanism 5 (based on the rivet portion 8) by moving the gripping body closer to or away from each other by hand. It is also preferred that This is because the arm body can be smoothly held and released.
- a temperature heater is provided in the one or the other arm or the apparatus main body so that a temperature can be applied when holding the hair.
- the hair iron 1 it is also preferable to provide the hair iron 1 with means for applying heat to the hair, for example, by incorporating a vibrator built-in heater 49 in the upper and lower arms (one and the other arm).
- the temperature can be controlled at 60 to 280 ° C.
- a shape treatment that is more robust than the conventional one can be performed.
- the temperature application is 100 to 120 ° C. Even at a low temperature treatment such as 120 ° C. or lower, shape processing can be performed more than before, and solid shape processing is possible.
- composition of hair iron It is one of the preferred embodiments that the hair-shaped treatment device is configured as a hair iron. Further, as a preferred hair iron form, for example, in a hair-shaped treatment apparatus as shown in FIGS. 1 and 19, the vibrating body 9 is disposed in both the arms 2A and 2B and is generated by the vibration means 3. It is preferable that the vibration is applied to either one or both of the vibrating bodies 9 or alternately. This is because, by being configured in this manner, it is possible to repeatedly expand and contract a specific part of the hair, and the effects of the present application can be achieved.
- control switch is provided so that the vibration and the amplitude of the vibration can be controlled, the hair iron itself is resonated, or the arms 2A and 2B that are in direct contact with the hair are resonated and the amplitude is increased. It is also preferable to provide a frequency changeover switch so that it can be used and its resonance frequency can be changed. Changing the resonance frequency of the arms 2A and 2B can also be performed by changing the thickness, width, and shape of the arms 2A and 2B.
- the portion of the hair iron that contacts the hair is made of an elastic material such as rubber. It is desirable because the contact pressure with the hair can be reduced and the hair is not damaged and can maintain a soft circular cross section.
- one of the preferred embodiments is that the contact surface of either one or both of the vibrators that contacts the hair is formed in a gentle wave shape. This is because not only the contact pressure with the hair is lowered, but the shape of the hair is easily rounded. Moreover, it is preferable that the gentle wave-like surface treatment is applied, so that the hair is not damaged and a soft circular cross section can be maintained.
- Hair iron gripping body As shown in FIG. 19, when the vibration means 3 is provided on the gripping body 4A, it is preferable to provide a vibration isolator. When the hair iron 1A itself vibrates, the vibration is also transmitted to the human hand holding the gripping bodies 4A and 4B. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, it is preferable to configure as a hair iron 41 in which a vibration absorber 40 such as a dynamic vibration absorber is disposed on the grip body 4A as a vibration isolator.
- a vibration absorber 40 such as a dynamic vibration absorber
- the gripping body is preferably made of a metal material such as titanium alloy, geralumin, aluminum alloy, steel, etc., and a cylindrical shape is preferably formed by cutting. Further, when the gripping body is the apparatus main body, the vibration means 3 is often incorporated (arranged), and in that case, it is preferable to form a hollow shape. However, it is not limited to the metal material as described above, and is not limited to a cylindrical shape or the like. However, as long as the material is excellent in earthquake resistance, light weight, and the like and also has heat resistance, the gripping body may be formed from such a material.
- [1-8] Method of using hair shape treatment apparatus In the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of this embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the hair is used while being held on an arm via a vibrating body and a fixing member as shown in FIG. More specifically, it is used as follows. One arm 2A and the other arm 2B are opened, and the softened hair is put between the opened arms 2A and 2B and sandwiched so as to be held, and the vibrating body is brought into contact therewith. The hair-shaped treatment apparatus 1 is turned on to give vibration to the hair.
- the arm 2A and the other arm 2B are opened again, the position of the hair in contact with one or the other is adjusted, and the above-described steps are performed. repeat.
- the hair-shaped treatment apparatus of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 19 the second grip body 4B and the first grip body 4A are separated, and one arm 2A and the other arm 2B are opened. Abstract
