[8] —种消音滤烟器, 包括滤烟器主箱以及安装于主箱上的入口和出口, 在主箱内 盛放有滤液, 在滤液液面设置有隔板, 隔板上开设有小孔, 在入口上连接有延 伸至隔板下方的进气管。
[9] 作为对上述方案的改进, 上述的入口和出口均高于滤液液面。 隔板略低于滤液 液面。 在进气管出口端安装有分散气泡的过滤网。
[10] 作为对上述方案的进一步改进, 在入口或者出口上连接有一加速烟雾流入主箱 中的风机。

[16] 如附图 1所示, 本方案所揭示的消音滤烟器主要用于对汽车、 燃油动力机以及 工厂等场合所排放的烟雾进行消音、 过滤, 降低环境噪音和有害烟雾的污染。 该消音滤烟器主要包括主箱 1, 主箱 1上设置有烟雾入口 11和出口 12, 在主箱 1内 盛放有滤液 2, 滤液 2液面设置有隔板 3, 隔板 3略低于滤液 2液面, 隔板 3上开设 有小孔 31, 并且, 在入口 11上连接有延伸至隔板 3下方的进气管 4, 进气管 4位于 隔板 3中部, 并且在进气管 4出口端设置有分散气泡的过滤网 41 。
[17] 上述的滤液 2为可吸收混合在烟雾中有害物质的溶剂, 该溶剂的成份可根据具 体所过滤的烟雾而不同。 为了防止滤液 2进入入口 11或出口 12中, 滤液 2液面高 度低于入口 11和出口 12位置, 并且进气管 4管口位置只略低于隔板 3。
[18] 为了加速烟雾的流动, 在入口 11上还安装有一风机 5, 气流通过风机 5加速进入 箱体 1中, 烟雾在经过滤液 2吋, 有害物质被溶解在滤液 2中, 声波在进入箱体 1 以及滤液 2中也被逐渐吸收, 消音滤烟同吋进行。 当然, 除此之外, 风机 5也可 以安装于出口 12上。

[2] .根据权利要求 1所述的消音滤烟器, 其特征在于: 所述的入口和出口均高 于滤液液面。
[3] .根据权利要求 2所述的消音滤烟器, 其特征在于: 在进气管出口端安装有 分散气泡的过滤网 (41) 。

[5] .根据权利要求 1〜4中任一项所述的消音滤烟器, 其特征在于: 在入口上连 接有一加速烟雾流入主箱中的风机 (5) 。
