Abstract

본 발명은 휴대전화, 무전기, PDA, MP3 등의 휴대품을 분실하지 않도록 방지하는 잠금 기능이 있는 집게에 관한 것이다. 종래의 집게는 휴대 사용시 일정한 방향으로 힘을 가하게 되면 쉽게 해제가 되어, 휴대품 거치대에 결합시켜 몸에 착용할 경우 사람들이 많은 대중교통을 이용하거나 보행중에 집게가 이탈되어 휴대품을 분실하는 일이 빈번히 발생하는 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 본 발명은 거치대의 결합부에 고정결합되는 고정구와, 회전축에 의해 상기 고정구에 회동할 수 있게 결합되는 클립을 포함하는 집게에 있어서, 상기 고정구(10)는 일측에 축공(13)이 구비된 한 쌍의 제1지지대(12)가 이격 형성되고, 상기 클립(30)은 일측에 장공(33)과 회전공간(34) 및 삽입부(35)가 구비된 한 쌍의 제2지지대(32)가 이격 형성되며, 상기 클립(30)은 판스프링(21)에 의해 상측으로 탄성을 받으며 고정구(10)에 회동할 수 있도록 상기 제1지지대(12)와 제2지지대(32)가 대응결합하되, 판스프링(21)의 탄성지지에 의해 회전축(20)이 장공(33)의 하측으로 이동하고, 축공(13)의 외측면에 연장 형성된 돌기부(14)가 회전공간(34)의 일측 방향으로 개방되어 형성된 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 클립(30)의 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금기능이 있는 집게를 제안한다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면, 고정구(10)의 돌기부(14)가 클립(30)의 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써 외부에서 힘을 가하더라도 집게가 해제되지 않아 휴대품의 분실을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

잠금 기능이 있는 집게
본 발명은 휴대용 집게에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 휴대전화, 무전기, PDA, MP3 등의 휴대품을 분실하지 않도록 방지하는 잠금 기능이 있는 집게에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 휴대폰, 무전기, PDA, MP3 등의 휴대용 전자제품은 몸에 착용할 수 있는 거치대를 사용하여 휴대할 수도 있는데, 이 거치대의 배면 측에는 허리띠나 옷의 호주머니 등에 고정시켜 사용할 수 있도록 집게가 결합되어 있다.
이러한 종래의 집게는 일정한 방향으로 힘을 가하게 되면 쉽게 해제가 되어, 휴대품 거치대에 결합시켜 몸에 착용할 경우 사람들이 많은 대중교통을 이용하거나 보행중에 집게가 이탈되어 휴대품을 분실하는 일이 빈번히 발생하였다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 일정한 방향으로 힘을 가하더라도 해제가 되지않아 휴대품을 분실할 우려가 없는 잠금 기능이 있는 집게를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 의한 잠금 기능이 있는 집게는 거치대의 결합부에 고정결합되는 고정구와, 회전축에 의해 상기 고정구에 회동할 수 있게 결합되는 클립을 포함하는 집게에 있어서, 상기 고정구는 일측에 축공이 구비된 한 쌍의 제1지지대가 이격 형성되고, 상기 클립은 일측에 장공과 회전공간 및 삽입부가 구비된 한 쌍의 제2지지대가 이격 형성되며, 상기 클립은 판스프링에 의해 상측으로 탄성을 받으며 고정구에 회동할 수 있도록 상기 제1지지대와 제2지지대가 대응결합하되, 판스프링의 탄성지지에 의해 회전축이 장공의 하측으로 이동하고, 축공의 외측면에 연장 형성된 돌기부가 회전공간의 일측 방향으로 개방되어 형성된 삽입부에 삽입되어 클립의 회전이 방지되는 것을 그 기술적 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 잠금 기능이 있는 집게에 의하면, 집게 잠금시 고정구(10)의 돌기부(14)가 클립(30)의 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써 외부에서 힘을 가하더라도 집게가 해제되지 않아 휴대품의 분실을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 클립(30)의 상단부를 누르게 되면 판스프링(21)이 압착되면서 회전축(20)이 장공(33)의 상측에 위치하게 되고, 이에 따라 돌기부(14)가 삽입부(35)를 이탈하여 회전공간(34) 내에 위치함으로써 집게의 해제가 용이해지는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 의한 잠금 기능이 있는 집게는 거치대의 결합부에 고정결합되는 고정구와, 회전축에 의해 상기 고정구에 회동할 수 있게 결합되는 클립을 포함하는 집게에 있어서, 상기 고정구는 일측에 축공이 구비된 한 쌍의 제1지지대가 이격 형성되고, 상기 클립은 일측에 장공과 회전공간 및 삽입부가 구비된 한 쌍의 제2지지대가 이격 형성되며, 상기 클립은 판스프링에 의해 상측으로 탄성을 받으며 고정구에 회동할 수 있도록 상기 제1지지대와 제2지지대가 대응결합하되, 판스프링의 탄성지지에 의해 회전축이 장공의 하측으로 이동하고, 축공의 외측면에 연장 형성된 돌기부가 회전공간의 일측 방향으로 개방되어 형성된 삽입부에 삽입되어 클립의 회전이 방지되는 것을 최선의 실시례로 한다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세히 설명한다.

본 발명의 잠금 기능이 있는 집게는 도 1에서 도시한 바와 같이, 휴대전화, 무전기, PDA, MP3 등의 휴대품을 몸에 휴대할 수 있도록 거치대(1)에 결합시켜 사용할 수 있다.
상기 거치대(1)의 배면에는 결합부(2)가 형성되어 있어 본 발명의 집게를 결합시켜 허리띠나 옷의 호주머니 등에 착용하면 되는데, 이러한 집게는 상기 결합부(2)에 고정되는 고정구(10)와, 회전축(20)에 의해 상기 고정구(10)에 회동할 수 있게 결합되는 클립(30)으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 고정구(10)의 양측에는 결합부(2)의 내측에 결합하기 위한 레일(11)이 형성되어 있으며, 상측 면에는 한 쌍의 제1지지대(12)가 이격되어 형성되어 있는데, 상기 제1지지대(12)에는 회전축(20)이 삽입될 수 있도록 축공(13)이 형성되어 있다.
그리고 상기 축공(13)의 외측면에는 소정의 길이로 돌기부(14)가 형성되어 있는데, 상기 돌기부(14)는 두 개의 제1지지대(12)에 대칭으로 형성되어 있다.
한편, 상기 축공(13)에는 회전축(20)이 삽입되고, 상기 회전축(20)의 양단에는 상기 클립(30)이 회동할 수 있게 결합되는데, 상기 클립(30)의 선단에는 거치대(1)의 배면과 밀착되는 절곡부(31)가 형성되어 있다.

이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 잠금 기능이 있는 집게는 도 3에서 도시한 바와 같이 거치대(1)와 결합되어 무전기(3) 등을 휴대할 수 있게 되는데, 평상시에는 도 4에서 도시한 바와 같이 판스프링(21)에 의해 클립(30)의 상단부가 상승하고, 하단부의 절곡부(31)는 거치대(1)와 밀착하여 허리띠나 옷의 호주머니 등에 착용할 수 있게 된다.
이때 상기 판스프링(21)의 탄성에 의해 클립(30)의 상단부가 상승함으로써 회전축(20)은 장공(33)의 하측(도면상으로는 오른쪽)에 위치하게 되고, 이에 따라 돌기부(14)가 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 클립(30)의 회전을 방지하게 된다.
따라서 무전기(3)가 설치된 거치대(1)에 외부의 힘이 가해지더라도 클립(30)이 회전하지 않게 되어 집게가 몸에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
반면에 사용자가 집게를 몸에서 분리하고자 할 때에는 도 5에서 도시한 바와 같이 클립(30)의 상단부를 누르게 되면 판스프링(21)이 압착되면서 회전축(20)이 장공(33)의 상측(도면상으로는 왼쪽)에 위치하게 되고, 이에 따라 돌기부(14)가 삽입부(35)를 이탈하여 회전공간(34) 내에 위치하게 된다.
그리고 상기 클립(30)이 회전축(20)을 중심으로 회전함에 따라 돌기부(14)는 회전공간(34) 내에서 회전을 하게 되는 것이며, 사용자가 다시 클립(30)을 가압했던 손을 놓게 되면 판스프링(21)의 탄성력에 의해 클립(30)의 상단이 원상태로 회전하여 돌기부(14)가 삽입부(35)로 삽입된다.
또한 본 발명의 다른 실시 예로서 도 6과 같이 거치대(1)의 배면 하단부에 걸림구(4)를 형성하고, 이 걸림구(4)에 클립(30)의 절곡부(31)를 결합하게 함으로써 집게를 잠글 수도 있다.
또한, 도 7에서와 같이 걸림구(5)를 반대로 형성할 수도 있는데, 이때는 절곡부(41)를 반대로 절곡 형성함으로써 잠김이 가능하다.
한편, 본 발명은 도 8에서 도시한 바와 같이 선단에 밀착부(51)(61)를 형성하여 몸체 착탈할 수 있도록 구성된 하부클립(50)과 상부클립(60)의 형태로 구성될 수도 있는데, 그 기본적인 구조 및 동작 방식은 도 4와 동일하다.
즉, 하부클립(50)에는 회전축(20)이 삽입될 수 있도록 축공(53)이 형성된 한 쌍의 하부지지대(52)가 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 축공(53)의 외측면에는 돌기부(54)가 형성되어, 도 4의 고정구(10)에 대응된다.
또한, 상부클립(60)은 상기 회전축(20)이 삽입될 수 있도록 장공(63)이 구비된 한 쌍의 상부지지대(62)가 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 상부지지대(62)의 내측 면에는 돌기부(54)가 삽입되어 회전할 수 있도록 회전공간(64)이 형성되며, 상기 회전공간(64)의 일측 방향으로 개방되어 상기 돌기부(54)가 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입부(65)가 형성된다. 이때, 상부클립(60)은 판스프링(21)에 의해 상측으로 탄성 지지된 상태로 결합되어 도 4의 클립(30)에 대응된다.
따라서, 상기 축공(53) 및 장공(63)을 관통하여 결합된 회전축(20)이 판스프링(21)의 탄성지지에 의해 장공(63)의 하측으로 이동하고, 상기 돌기부(54)는 삽입부(65)에 삽입되어 상부클립(60)의 회전을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능할 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 잠금 기능이 있는 집게는 거치대(1)와 결합되어 무전기(3) 등을 휴대할 수 있게 되는데, 평상시에는 판스프링(21)에 의해 클립(30)의 상단부가 상승하고, 하단부의 절곡부(31)는 거치대(1)와 밀착하여 허리띠나 옷의 호주머니 등에 착용할 수 있게 되며, 집게 잠금시 고정구(10)의 돌기부(14)가 클립(30)의 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써 외부에서 힘을 가하더라도 집게가 해제되지 않아 휴대품의 분실을 방지할 수 있으므로, 산업상 이용가능성이 높다.

Claims (3)

  1. 거치대의 결합부에 고정결합되는 고정구와, 회전축에 의해 상기 고정구에 회동할 수 있게 결합되는 클립을 포함하는 집게에 있어서,
    상기 고정구(10)는 일측에 축공(13)이 구비된 한 쌍의 제1지지대(12)가 이격 형성되고, 상기 클립(30)은 일측에 장공(33)과 회전공간(34) 및 삽입부(35)가 구비된 한 쌍의 제2지지대(32)가 이격 형성되며, 상기 클립(30)은 판스프링(21)에 의해 상측으로 탄성을 받으며 고정구(10)에 회동할 수 있도록 상기 제1지지대(12)와 제2지지대(32)가 대응결합하되,
    판스프링(21)의 탄성지지에 의해 회전축(20)이 장공(33)의 하측으로 이동하고, 축공(13)의 외측면에 연장 형성된 돌기부(14)가 회전공간(34)의 일측 방향으로 개방되어 형성된 삽입부(35)에 삽입되어 클립(30)의 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금기능이 있는 집게
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정구(10)는 거치대(1)의 결합부(2)에 삽입될 수 있도록 양측면에 레일(11)이 형성되고,
    상기 클립(30)의 선단에는 상측 또는 하측으로 절곡된 절곡부(31)(41)가 형성되어 상기 거치대(1)에 하측 또는 상측으로 절곡된 걸림구(4)(5)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금 기능이 있는 집게.
  3. 하부클립과 상부클립 사이에 결합된 판스프링에 의해 탄성력이 부여되도록 구성된 집게에 있어서,
    상기 하부클립(50)은 축공(53)이 형성된 한 쌍의 하부지지대(52)가 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 축공(53)의 외측면에 돌기부(54)가 형성되며,
    상기 상부클립(60)은 장공(63)이 구비된 한 쌍의 상부지지대(62)가 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 상부지지대(62)의 내측면에는 삽입된 돌기부(54)가 회전할 수 있도록 회전공간(64)이 형성되며, 상기 회전공간(64)은 일측 방향으로 개방되어 삽입부(65)를 형성하되,
    상기 축공(53) 및 장공(63)을 관통하여 결합된 회전축(20)이 판스프링(21)의 탄성지지에 의해 장공(63)의 하측으로 이동하고, 상기 돌기부(54)는 삽입부(65)에 삽입되어 상부클립(60)의 회전을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금기능이 있는 집게.
