Abstract

太陽電池に順方向の電流を流してEL発光させる検査装置であって、構造が簡単で安価な太陽電池の検査装置、およびラミネート処理前の被測定物である太陽電池の構成部材を積み重ねた状態で上記検査装置に搬送する際に被測定物である太陽電池の構成部材の位置ずれが発生しない搬送装置を提供する。 上面に開口部(又は透明版)112を有する暗室110と、前記暗室の上面111に設けられ、被測定物を載せる支持手段と、前記暗室110の内部に設けられたカメラ120と、を有する太陽電池の検査装置に、前記開口部および前記開口部112と前記支持手段に載せられた前記太陽電池との境界の隙間から前記暗室内に入る光を遮光するための遮光カバーを設けた。また上記検査装置において、太陽電池の構成部材をラミネート処理する前に積層した状態で前記検査装置に搬送する搬送装置を、搬送する太陽電池の前記構成部材である透明基板等をその厚さ寸法よりも低い壁部を有する複数個の搬送部材をエンドレス状に接続し、搬送方向に対して対称に1対(2列)設けて搬送ガイドすることにより搬送中に太陽電池の構成部材がずれないようにした。
