Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるコンテンツ再生装置の構成を示すブロック図であり、この発明をコンテンツとして楽曲を再生する音楽再生装置に適用した場合を示している。図1において、実施の形態1によるコンテンツ再生装置は、オーダーリスト制御手段1、楽曲データベース2、楽曲データベース生成手段4、メディアアクセス時間検出手段6、トラック再生手段7及びHMI手段8を備える。
(1)楽曲データベースの生成処理
先ず、HMI手段8を用いて、HDD(音楽メディアA)に記録された曲データに対応付けたフォルダを選択する、USBメモリ(音楽メディアB)をUSBコネクタに接続する、若しくは、CD又はDVD(音楽メディアC)をディスクドライブ装置に装填して、音楽メディアA~Cを楽曲データベース生成手段4でアクセスが可能な状態にする。
図3~図8、図10に示すテーブル2a-1~2a-5,2a-7を組み合わせることにより、オーダーリスト3が生成される。オーダーリスト3は、図12に示すようなリスト構造を有しており、再生する曲データに対応するトラックやプレイリストに関する情報の集合である。図12に示すオーダーリスト3では、トラックIDが、トラック(曲)に関する情報が登録された各種テーブル2a-1~2a-5へのインデックスとなり、プレイリストIDが、プレイリスト(アルバム)に関する情報が登録された各種テーブル2a-3~2a-5,2a-7へのインデックスとなる。
オーダーリストの生成の前処理として、メディアアクセス時間検出手段6は、楽曲データベース生成手段4が各種の記録メディア5にアクセスして楽曲データベース2を生成する際、記録メディア5ごとのメディアアクセス時間を検出する。例えば、メディアアクセス時間検出手段6が、音楽メディアA,Cにおけるヘッド動作を含むディスクアクセス時間や、音楽メディアBにおけるUSBメモリのアクセス時間を測定する。

ここで得られたArtist Name()を表示装置に表示することにより、図16の選択画面を形成することができる。なお、アーティスト名が画面に入りきらない程の量である場合は、スクロール機能を持ったウィンドウで表示してもよい。

オーダーリスト制御手段1が、上述のようにしてオーダーリスト3を生成すると、このオーダーリスト3に登録された項目の情報で楽曲データベース2を検索し、楽曲データベース2における各項目の昇順若しくは降順にリスト項目の再生順序を並べ替える。このとき、オーダーリスト制御手段1が、楽曲データベース2における各項目の昇順若しくは降順にリスト項目の再生順序を並べた後、オーダーリスト3のトラック再生順序の選択画面を表示装置の表示画面上に表示し、不図示の入力装置を用いてユーザが所望の順序を選択指定するようにしてもよい。
再生順序が設定されたオーダーリスト3は、オーダーリスト制御手段1内の不図示のメモリに格納される。HMI手段8を介してユーザにより再生要求がなされると、トラック再生手段7が、オーダーリスト3の再生順にトラックごとの情報を入力するとともに、当該トラックに対応するトラックIDで楽曲データベース2を検索し、トラックパスをトラックテーブル2a-1から読み出して格納する。これをデータベース言語で表記すると、下記のように表現することができる。

Claims (5)
- コンテンツデータ及びコンテンツを特定するための付加情報が記録された複数の種別の記録メディアから前記付加情報を抽出し、コンテンツごとに前記付加情報及び前記コンテンツデータの記録場所を示すパス情報を登録したコンテンツデータベースを生成するデータベース生成手段と、
前記記録メディアに記録されたコンテンツデータへのアクセス時間を検出するアクセス時間検出手段と、
前記複数の種別の記録メディアに同一のコンテンツデータがそれぞれ記録されている場合、前記アクセス時間検出手段で検出された記録メディアごとのアクセス時間に応じて、コンテンツの付加情報に優先レベルを付与する優先レベル設定手段と、
前記コンテンツデータベースから付加情報を抽出してコンテンツの再生順にリストアップしたオーダーリストを生成するとともに、複数の種別の記録メディアにそれぞれ記録された同一のコンテンツデータについては、前記優先レベルに基づいて前記オーダーリストにリストアップすべき付加情報を選択し抽出するオーダーリスト抽出手段と、
前記オーダーリストの再生順に前記コンテンツデータベースから取得したパス情報に基づいて、前記記録メディアに記録されたコンテンツデータを再生するコンテンツ再生手段とを備えたコンテンツ再生装置。 - オーダーリスト抽出手段は、コンテンツデータベースに登録された付加情報を構成する各項目の情報を選択するための選択画面を表示装置に表示させ、この選択画面に応じてオーダーリストにリストアップすべき付加情報を構成する項目情報の選択入力を受け付け、選択された付加情報の項目情報に基づいて、前記コンテンツデータベースを検索して抽出した前記項目情報に対応する付加情報をコンテンツの再生順にリストアップしたオーダーリストを生成するとともに、複数の種別の記録メディアにそれぞれ記録された同一のコンテンツデータについては、前記優先レベル設定手段で設定された優先レベルに基づいて前記オーダーリストにリストアップすべき付加情報を選択することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
- オーダーリスト抽出手段は、付加情報を構成する各項目情報をコンテンツごとにリスト形式で提示する選択画面を表示することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンテンツ再生装置。
- 発話された音声を認識する音声認識装置を備え、
オーダーリスト抽出手段は、前記音声認識装置で認識された付加情報の項目情報に基づいて、コンテンツデータベースを検索し抽出した前記項目情報に対応する付加情報でオーダーリストを生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンテンツ再生装置。 - 請求項1記載のコンテンツ再生装置としてコンピュータを機能させるプログラム。
