Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de perforation (100), c'est-à-dire une pointe dite de transfert qui sert à ouvrir une poche pour ensuite y prélever un liquide ou amener une substance pulvérulente ou liquide dans le liquide présent dans la poche, au moyen du dispositif de perforation. La poche peut par exemple être remplie d'une solution de perfusion pour un patient et dispose dans sa zone d'ouverture et de prélèvement d'une fermeture conçue de manière appropriée. Le dispositif de perforation est inséré à l'intérieur de la poche après ouverture de la poche en passant par la fermeture. Le dispositif de perforation présente une fermeture encliquetable (10) servant à le fixer à la fermeture de la poche. Après avoir fixé le dispositif de perforation sur la poche, on rompt partiellement une partie du dispositif de perforation à l'intérieur de la poche pour former un canal de passage qui permet de prélever le liquide présent dans la poche ou de mélanger une autre substance au liquide présent dans la poche.
