(3)被加熱物の載置状態を天板1の上方(例えばレンジフード内)からカメラ等で撮影し、各加熱コイルの配置位置と被加熱物の載置位置の重なり度合いを用いて、各加熱コイルが使用されているか否か(通電されているか否か)を判断する。
近接センサ14は、静電センサ、赤外線センサ等で構成され、非接触で被検出物体の接近を検出してその旨の検出信号を制御部5に出力する。
音声部15は、スピーカー等の音声出力デバイスで構成され、制御部5より音声データを受け取り、その音声データの内容を音声出力する。
記憶部13は、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)やフラッシュROM(Read Only Memory)のような記憶装置で構成することができる。
また、「音声出力手段」は、制御部5、音声部15がこれに相当する。
対応関係テーブルは、「ジェスチャ軌跡」列、「動作命令」列を有する。
「ジェスチャ軌跡」列には、ユーザがサブタッチパネル上で行う特定の接触ジェスチャの動作軌跡を表すデータが格納されている。
「動作命令」列には、ユーザが「ジェスチャ軌跡」列の値で表される接触ジェスチャを行った際に制御部5が実行すべき動作命令の内容が格納されている。
制御部5は、表示部7から送信される接触ジェスチャの検出信号と、図5の対応関係テーブルのデータとに基づき、特定の接触ジェスチャが行われた際に実行すべき動作命令を得ることができる。
この場合、ユーザは、接触ジェスチャとして、動作軌跡とともにサブタッチパネルの押下時間を併用して、特定の操作内容を入力することができる。
次に、誘導加熱調理器100の通常モードにおける動作手順について、次のステップ(1)~(8)で説明する。
以後、コイル状態検出部12は、例えば所定時間間隔で同様の通電状態検出を実行し、検出結果が前回と異なる場合のみ、その検出結果を改めてRAM等に格納する。所定時間間隔毎に検出結果を格納するように構成してもよい。
(5)ユーザは、操作パネルにタッチするため、手を表示部7に近づける。
(6)近接センサ14は、ユーザの手の接近を検出し、その旨の検出信号を制御部5に出力する。このとき、表示部7のどの位置に接近しているかを表す信号を、制御部5へ併せて出力する。
次に、誘導加熱調理器100のジェスチャモードにおける動作手順について、次のステップ(9)~(14)で説明する。
(10)制御部5は、動作モードを通常モードからジェスチャモードに変更する。次に、制御部5は、表示部7が画面表示している図2のような操作パネルを、図3のようなサブタッチパネルに変更させる。
(12)ユーザは、サブタッチパネル上で特定の接触ジェスチャを行い、誘導加熱調理器100に対する操作入力を行う。接触ジェスチャの内容に対応した操作信号が、表示部7から制御部5に出力される。
(14)制御部5は、動作軌跡検出部11が検出した動作軌跡に合致するジェスチャを、図5で説明した対応関係テーブルから検索する。合致するものがあればその動作命令を実行し、合致するものがなければ何もしない。
なお、ステップ(8)や(14)の後に、操作後の熱源の状態を音声部15より音声出力するように構成してもよい。
これにより、例えば、表示部7の画面表示が見えない位置に立っているユーザ、他の作業を同時に行っているユーザなども、表示部7の画面表示内容を目視確認することなく、簡易な操作で操作入力を行うことができる。
これにより、ユーザは操作対象の熱源を容易に把握することができる。また、操作に必要なボタンを手探りする必要がない。
特に、表示部7の画面表示が見えない位置に立っているユーザ、他の作業を同時に行っているユーザなどが、表示部7の画面表示内容を目視確認せずに操作入力を行う際に、音声出力を行うと、ユーザにとって便宜である。
このような、操作対象がいずれであるかの音声案内は、誘導加熱調理器における熱源のように、類似する操作対象が複数存在する状況下において、ユーザの利便性を高めることができる。
実施の形態1では、誘導加熱調理器100の通常モードとジェスチャモードを切り替える構成と動作について説明した。しかし、通常モードとジェスチャモードで操作内容があまりにも異なると、ユーザが混乱してしまう可能性がある。
そこで、本発明の実施の形態2では、通常モードとジェスチャモードで操作内容を共通化させることについて説明する。なお、本実施の形態2に係る誘導加熱調理器100の構成は、実施の形態1と概ね同様であるため、動作上の差異点を中心に説明する。
図6(a)は通常モード動作時の操作入力、図6(b)はジェスチャモード動作時の操作入力を示している。以下、各動作モードにおける操作内容を説明する。
ユーザが操作パネルに触れた際に、即座に加熱コイルの通電を停止してしまうと、ユーザが誤って操作パネルに触れてしまったようなときでも通電が停止されてしまうため、ユーザにとって不便となる場合がある。
そこで、通電OFFの操作入力を行う際には、操作パネル上に画面表示された電源ボタン(図6(a)中の「切」ボタン)を一定時間押下し続けなければならないこととする。
このように操作内容を定めることで、ユーザが誤って電源ボタンに触れたときでも、即座に通電が停止されることはない。
なお、通電をONする際についても、同様の理由により、操作パネルを一定時間押下し続けなければ通電ONされないこととする。
ジェスチャモード動作時も、通常モード動作時と同様に、サブタッチパネルを一定時間押下し続けることで、対応する熱源の加熱コイルの通電をOFFすることとする。
このように操作内容を定めることで、通常モードとジェスチャモードの動作内容が共通化され、ユーザがジェスチャモードのために新たな接触ジェスチャを覚える必要がなく、混乱が生じにくい。
具体的には、図5で説明した対応関係テーブルの「ジェスチャ軌跡」列に、「動作軌跡=なし、押下時間=<所定の電源OFF時間>」を定義するデータ行を格納しておく。「動作命令」列には、熱源の加熱コイルの通電をOFFする動作命令を格納しておく。
制御部5は、動作軌跡検出手段11より、動作軌跡がなく一定時間サブタッチパネルが押下されたことを検出した旨の検出信号を受け取ると、同行のデータを検索し、加熱コイルの通電をOFFする。
図7(a)は通常モード動作時の操作入力、図7(b)はジェスチャモード動作時の操作入力を示している。以下、各動作モードにおける操作内容を説明する。
ユーザは、加熱コイルの加熱出力を上げる際には、表示部7の右側に画面表示されている矢印ボタンを押下する。押下した回数や押下継続時間によって、加熱出力を上げる程度を適宜調整する。
ジェスチャモード動作時は、矢印ボタンが画面表示されていないので、これに代えて、ユーザはサブタッチパネルを右向きになぞることにより、加熱出力を上げることを誘導加熱調理器100に指示することとする。
この場合、通常モードとジェスチャモードでは、「右向きに操作する」という共通の操作内容で、加熱コイルの加熱出力を上げることができるので、ユーザがジェスチャモードのために新たな接触ジェスチャを覚える必要がなく、混乱が生じにくい。
具体的には、図5で説明した対応関係テーブルの「ジェスチャ軌跡」列に、「動作軌跡=<右向きになぞる>」を定義するデータ行を格納しておく。「動作命令」列には、熱源の加熱コイルの加熱出力を上げる動作命令を格納しておく。
制御部5は、動作軌跡検出手段11より、右向きの動作軌跡を検出した旨の検出信号を受け取ると、同行のデータを検索し、加熱コイルの加熱出力を上げる。なお、サブタッチパネルをなぞった距離に応じて、加熱出力を上げる程度を調整してもよい。
なお、これ以外の操作についても、操作内容を共通化することもできる。例えば、加熱コイルの加熱出力を下げる際には、通常モードでは左側の矢印ボタンを押下し、ジェスチャモードではサブタッチパネルを左向きになぞるように操作内容を定め、「左向きの操作」として共通化することができる。
これ以外にも、以下のような操作内容の共通化例が考えられる。
表示部7を連続的に2度押下(ダブルタップ)した際には、調理モード(通常加熱/揚げ物/煮込みなど)を切り替える。通常モードとジェスチャモードで、この操作を共通化する。
表示部7を上方向に操作した際にはタイマー設定時間を増やし、下方向に操作した際にはタイマー設定時間を減らす。
具体的には、通常モードでは上下ボタンを画面表示して押下させ、ジェスチャモードではサブタッチパネルを上下方向になぞることで同操作入力を行う、といった手法が考えられる。
特に、表示部7の画面表示が見えない位置に立っているユーザ、他の作業を同時に行っているユーザなどが、表示部7の画面表示内容を目視確認せずに操作入力を行うことができる点で、効果を発揮する。
実施の形態2では、通常モードとジェスチャモードで操作内容を共通化することについて説明した。
本発明の実施の形態3では、通常モードとジェスチャモードで、表示部7の画面表示内容を共通化することについて説明する。なお、本実施の形態3に係る誘導加熱調理器100の構成は、実施の形態1~2と概ね同様であるため、画面表示に関する動作上の差異点を中心に説明する。
図8(a)は通常モード動作時の画面表示内容、図8(b)はジェスチャモード動作時の画面表示内容を示している。以下、各動作モードにおける画面表示内容を説明する。
制御部5は、通常モード動作時は、コイル状態検出部12より熱源の加熱コイルの加熱出力レベルを取得し、そのレベルを対応する操作パネル上に画面表示させる。図8では、バー形式で加熱出力を画面表示した例を示した。表示形式はバー形式に限られるものではなく、任意の適当な表示形式を用いることができる。
制御部5は、ジェスチャモード動作時も、通常モード動作時と同様に加熱コイルの加熱出力レベルをサブタッチパネル上にバー形式で画面表示させる。表示位置も通常モードと揃えておくことが望ましい。
なお、加熱出力以外にも、例えば下記(1)~(2)のような画面表示内容を共通化することが考えられる。
加熱時間をあらかじめ設定して加熱調理を行う場合、残りの加熱時間を操作パネルやサブタッチパネルに画面表示することが考えられる。このとき、残り時間の表示のさせ方を通常モードとジェスチャモードで共通化させておくと、操作感が統一される。
例えば「煮込みモード」「沸騰モード」「保温モード」のように、加熱パターンを被調理物に合わせて加熱調理を行う場合がある。このとき、現在の調理モードを表す画面表示を通常モードとジェスチャモードで共通化させておくと、操作感が統一される。
Claims (10)
- 被加熱物を加熱する複数の加熱コイルと、
前記加熱コイルに交流電流を供給するインバータと、
前記インバータの動作を制御する制御部と、
接触操作による操作入力を受け付けるタッチパネルと、
前記タッチパネルに対する接触操作の特定軌跡を検出する操作軌跡検出部と、
前記特定軌跡と前記制御部が実行する命令との対応関係データを格納した記憶部と、
前記タッチパネルへの被検出物の接近を検出する接近検出手段と、
前記加熱コイルの通電状態を検出するコイル状態検出部と、
前記接近検出手段が被検出物の接近を検出した際に当該タッチパネルに最も近い加熱コイルに関する前記コイル状態検出部の検出結果を表す音声を出力する音声出力手段と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記操作軌跡検出部が検出した前記特定軌跡に基づき前記対応関係データを参照してその特定軌跡に対応付けられた命令を実行する
ことを特徴とする誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部の動作モードを、
前記操作軌跡検出部の検出結果および前記対応関係データを用いて命令を実行するジェスチャモードと、
前記操作軌跡検出部の検出結果および前記対応関係データを用いずに命令を実行する通常モードと、
のいずれにするかを指定する操作入力を受け付けてその旨の操作信号を前記制御部に出力する操作部を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記操作部より前記通常モードで命令を実行すべき旨の前記操作信号を受け取ると、
命令を実行するに際し前記操作軌跡検出部の検出結果および前記対応関係データを用いず、前記タッチパネルへの接触操作による操作入力を用いて命令を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記タッチパネルは、
前記制御部の指示に基づき情報を画面表示する表示手段と一体的に構成され、
前記制御部は、
前記表示手段のうち、
上方に被加熱物が載置されていると前記コイル状態検出部が検出した前記加熱コイルの近傍に、
その加熱コイルに対する操作入力を行うための操作手段を画面表示させ、
前記タッチパネルは、
前記操作手段に対する接触操作による操作入力を受け付けると、
その内容に対応した操作信号を前記制御部に出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記操作手段に対する接触操作による操作入力を前記タッチパネルが受け付けると、
その操作手段に対応した前記加熱コイルのみについて、
その操作入力に対応した命令を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ジェスチャモードで動作している際に前記操作軌跡検出部が所定の前記特定動作を検出した場合と、
前記通常モードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルへ所定の操作入力があった場合とで、
同じ命令を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ジェスチャモードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルが所定時間連続して押下されたことを前記操作軌跡検出部が検出した場合と、
前記通常モードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルの所定位置が所定時間連続して押下された場合は、
前記加熱コイルに対する交流電流の供給のON/OFFを切り替えるよう前記インバータを駆動制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ジェスチャモードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルに右方向の操作入力がなされたことを前記操作軌跡検出部が検出した場合と、
前記通常モードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルに右方向の操作入力がなされた場合は、
前記加熱コイルの加熱火力を上げる
ことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記ジェスチャモードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルが左方向の操作入力がなされたことを前記操作軌跡検出部が検出した場合と、
前記通常モードで動作している際に前記タッチパネルが左方向の操作入力がなされた場合は、
前記加熱コイルの加熱火力を下げる
ことを特徴とする請求項5ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記表示手段に前記加熱コイルの加熱出力を表す情報を画面表示させ、
かつ、
前記ジェスチャモードと前記通常モードでその画面表示を統一する
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項8のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱調理器。 - 前記制御部は、
前記表示手段に前記加熱コイルの加熱残り時間を表す情報を画面表示させ、
かつ、
前記ジェスチャモードと前記通常モードでその画面表示を統一する
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項9のいずれかに記載の誘導加熱調理器。
