Abstract
Description
特許文献1に記載された吊下げユニットは、吊下げる広告媒体1の上端1′の設定位置を店舗内の天井設置位置から高さを得られる寸法を金属製で側面V字形態の支持アーム2を広告媒体1の幅寸法と略同等寸法若しくは近似寸法の媒体吊下げ枠3の上面における両端付近に取り付け、これとはべつに、広告媒体1の上端1′付近を媒体挟着体4を設け、この媒体挟着体4と前記媒体吊り枠3とをマグネット5を介して合体できるようにした構成のものである。
一例に係る本体B1は、所要の厚みにした横長の略直方体形にした基部10と、この基部10に一体的に吊持体保持部40を垂設したものであり、例えばポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂により形成されている。
基部10の両端部には、壁面12,13と上壁面11にかけて、それぞれ平面視コ字形の開口17,17が形成されている。
本実施形態における「所要の角度」は45度であるが、基部10の形状,大きさ等を勘案して他の角度にすることができる。
ピン部材19bは、摘み19aを本体Bの壁面14,14に当接させたときに、被固定材Tに所要の長さだけ差し込まれる全長にしている。
なお、後記する位置決め用ピンは、固定用ピン19と同等の構成になっているので、その固定用ピンと同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
一例に係る固定用アタッチメントE1は、開口17に対して着脱可能に嵌合するようになっており、アタッチメント本体30と、蓋部31とからなる。
また、2本の位置決め用ピン19,19を配設しているので、固定用ピン19を被固定材Tに差し込むときの本体B1の位置ずれを防止できる。
具体的には、詳細を後述する交換用具100によって、本体B1への吊持体C1の取り付けと取り外しの各作業に用いるものであり、正面視において横長方形、かつ、上端部に交換用具100の係止棒103(図9参照)を挿入係止するための係止片64,64が横向きJ字形に形成されている。
これにより、脚部41,41の前後両面41a,41bに形成した吊持体保持部40,40に対して、一つの吊持体C1を共用保持することができる。
第一の実施形態に係る媒体挟持部材D1は、情報表示媒体Pの幅に応じた全長にして形成されているとともに、同時に前後二枚の情報表示媒体P,Pを挟持できるようにしたものであり、その構造は次のとおりである。
可動片72,72の内面72a,72a上端部には、挟持位置に移動したときに、固定片71の上端部に形成した係合突起76,76と係合する係合突起77,77が、固定片71に向けて突出して形成されている。
挟持突起78…は、これの固定端よりも開放端を上方に位置させた傾斜姿勢になっており、情報表示媒体Pの自重によって挟持力を強めるようにしている。
係合突起76,77が係合することにより、可動片72を挟持位置に位置決め固定できるとともに、挟持突起78…間に差し込まれた情報表示媒体Pをしっかりと挟持できるようにしている。
連結部81は、側面視において上下逆向きU字形に形成されており、これの垂下部81a,81a外面に、上記した連結部62の連結孔65aに係止する係止突起83,83が突出して形成されている。
連結部82は、側面視において横長の直方体形に形成されており、この連結部82が挿通溝74に挿通するようになっている。なお、84,84はガイド片である。
被固定材Tの所望の位置において、本体B1の上面11を被固定材Tに対向させて接近させると、位置決め用ピン19…が被固定材Tに差し込まれ始める。このとき、固定用ピン19…は、本体B1に嵌入させていない。
次に、固定用ピン19を、摘み19aが壁面に当接するまで押し込む。これにより、ピン部材19bの所要の長さ部分が被固定材Tに45度の角度で差し込まれて、吊下げユニットA1を被固定材Tにしっかりと固定することができる。
図9に示すように、交換用具100の係止棒103を係止片64,64に挿入係止し、吊持体C1を下方に引き降ろすように外力Fを加えると、位置決め凸部66,66との嵌合状態が解かれ、吊持体C1は間隙t(図1(A)参照)だけ下方に移動して、これの基体60の下辺縁60bが当接片43,44,44,43に当接する。
さらに上記外力Fを作用しつづけると、吊持体C1には、互いに対向吸着している着磁体51,63どうしを引き離すように外力が作用し、従ってまた、当接片43,44,44,43に当接載置している基体60の下辺縁60bを中心として傾動させる力が生じ、これにより、吊持体C1は、当接片43,44,44,43に当接載置している基体60の下辺縁60bを中心として傾動する。
このようにして、着磁体51,63どうしの吸磁力に抗して吊持体C1を本体B1から傾動離脱させる。
これにより、本体B1の両端部方向の位置決めがなされ、また、上下方向は、位置決め部50,50、63,63が互いに嵌合することにより位置決めされる。
上述した一例に係る固定用アタッチメントE1は、石膏ボードからなる天井や壁等の被固定材Tに、固定用ピン19…によって差込み固定する機能を有するものを例として説明したが、次のような構成としてもよい。
併合片91は、上記水平片111の辺縁111aに嵌合する、側面視において上下逆向きL字形のものである。
これにより、本体B1をレール部材110に沿って移動させることができ、従ってまた、任意の位置に固定することができる。
他例に係るブラケットF2は、支持脚120の上下端部に二つの連結部121,122を一体に形成した合成樹脂製のものである。
連結部121は、側面視において上下逆向きU字形に形成されており、これの垂下部121a,121a外面に、上記した連結部62の連結孔65aに係止する係止突起123,123が突出して形成されている。
連結部122は、円形パイプ状の吊下げ部材130を弾性的に挟持する、側面視半円形に形成されている。なお、124,124は、上記したガイド片84,84と同等のガイド片である。
なお、上述した第一の実施形態において説明したものと同等のものについては、それらと同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、以下には主として相違点について説明する。
開口17Aの内辺縁17aの中央には、平面視方形の係合用切欠き17bが形成されており、その係合用切欠き17bを区画する上壁面11の内辺縁下面には、係合用突起17cが、係合用切欠き17bの内辺縁の幅とほぼ同じ長さにしかつ下向きに突設されている。
支持片38aの弾性変形を利用し、固定用アタッチメントE3を本体B2に向けて挿入することによって、本体係合用突起17c,38bどうしが係合する。また、その固定用アタッチメントE3を本体B2の側方に引き出すことにより、支持片38aが弾性変形し、本体係合用突起17c,38bどうしの係合が解除され、容易に離脱させることができる。
具体的には、正面視において横長方形、かつ、上端部に上述した交換用具100の係止棒103(図9参照)を挿入係止するための係止片142,142が横向きJ字形に形成されている。
吊下げ長さ調整部150,150は、吊下げ用紐155の長さを調整するためのものであり、基体140の両端部に穿設した支持孔140c,140cに取り付けられている。
すなわち、吊下げ長さ調整部150は、図19に示すように、ケース151内に、リール152、ゼンマイばね153、回動停止部材154、及び吊下げ用紐155を収容しているとともに、ケース151の一壁面に回動停止用レバー156を設けた構成になっている。
なお、吊下げ用紐155の一端部を当該リール152の一部に連結している。
すなわち、吊下げ用紐155の引き出しに伴ってゼンマイばね153を巻き締めすることによって、吊下げ用紐155の引き出しを解除したときに、吊下げ用紐155を引き込むようにしている。
すなわち、吊下げ用紐155を所望の長さだけ引き出した状態で固定できるようにしている。換言すると、吊下げ用紐155の引き出し長さを長短調整できるようにしているのである。
別例に係る交換ブラケットF3は、弾性部材160と、挟持部材161,161とから形成された合成樹脂製のものである。
また、図23は、媒体挟持部材、摺動ブラケット及びスライダの詳細を示す部分拡大斜視図、図24は、それら媒体挟持部材、摺動ブラケット及びスライダの拡大側面図、図25(A)は、摺動ブラケットの斜視図、(B)は、その断面図、(C)は、その摺動ブラケットの分解図である。
可動片182の内面182a上端部には、挟持位置(オ)に移動したときに、固定片183の上端部に形成した係合突起184と係合する係合突起185が、固定片183に向けて突出して形成されている。
係合突起184,185が互いに係合することにより、可動片182と固定片183とにより情報表示媒体Pを挟持した状態を保持するようにしている。
係合突起184,185が互いに係合することにより、可動片182を挟持位置(オ)に位置決め固定できるとともに、下記の挟持突起186,185…間に差し込まれた情報表示媒体Pをしっかりと挟持できるようにしている。
固定片183の中間部から下方にも、情報表示媒体Pを挟持するための挟持突起186…が上下多段に突設されている。
連結体191は、ブラケット係合溝180aに係合する下側係合部191aと、外装体192の係合片192a,192aに係合する上側係合部191bとを連結部191cの上下端部に、また、図25に示すように、上側係合部191aの上面両側に一対の支持片191d,191dを立設するとともに、それら支持片191d,191d間に吊下げ用紐155を導くためのガイド部材191eを架設したものである。
なお、連結部200cには、吊下げ用紐155の他端部を連結するための紐用孔(図示しない)が形成されている。
本実施形態においては、ブラケットF4とスライダ200によって、吊下げ用紐155の長さを調整するための吊下げ長さ調整部を構成している。
また、その長さの調整操作を媒体挟持部材D3近傍において行うことができるので、その操作をより低い位置において容易に行うことができる。
挟持部187は、溝形成部180の中央部分に蝶番部188aを介して連結された可動片188と、溝形成部180の他側辺縁に一体に形成された固定片189とを対向させて形成している。
可動片188の内面188cの中間部には、挟持位置(カ)に移動したときに、固定片189に係合する係合突起188bが、固定片189に向けて突出して形成されている。
係合突起188bが固定片189に係合することにより、可動片188と固定片189とにより情報表示媒体Pを挟持した状態を保持するようにしている。
・上述した実施形態においては、本体と吊持体の双方の位置決め部に着磁体を配設した例について説明したが、吊持体に配設した着磁体に替えて磁性体を配設し、また、本体に配設した着磁体に替えて磁性体を配設した構成にしてもよい。
また、アタッチメント本体と蓋部とを別体に形成したものについて示したが、それらを一体にしてもよい。

- 所要の情報を表した情報表示媒体を、被固定材に吊り下げるための吊下げユニットにおいて、
上記被固定材に固定するための本体と、
上記情報表示媒体を吊持するとともに、本体に着脱自在に支持される吊持体とを有し、
本体には、吊持体の下方への移動を阻止し、かつ、その吊持体を離脱自在に保持する吊持体保持部を形成しているとともに、
その吊持体保持部に保持した吊持体に対向して、一又は複数の本体側着磁体を配設していること、
吊持体には、本体に配設した各本体側着磁体に対向する位置に、その本体側着磁体に吸着する吊持体側着磁体を配設しているとともに、
本体と吊持体に配設した本体側,吊持体側着磁体どうしの吸磁力に抗し、吊持体保持部から離脱させるように外力を作用させるための離脱用部を形成していることを特徴とする吊下げユニット。 - 本体と吊持体とにそれぞれ複数の本体側,吊持体側着磁体を配設しており、
