Abstract

L’invention vise à simplifier la fabrication et l’exploitation, à réduire la consommation de métal par unité et les frais d’exploitation d’une plate-forme et palette, à assurer la densité maximale d’utilisation de l’espace de parcage lors du parcage de véhicule sur un seul niveau. La plate-forme et palette est constituée d’un cadre métallique rectangulaire sur les parois latérales duquel on a ménagé des bandes de caoutchouc dentées et des moteurs électriques. On a monté sur les parois métalliques, dans leur partie supérieure, une plate-forme métallique avec deux pistes striées. Dans la partie inférieure, les parois latérales ont été dotées de guides avec des renfoncements destinés à accueillir des billes commensurables aux guides du cadre / module de la carcasse métallique. Afin que les angles extérieures des plates-formes et palettes ne s’accrochent pas entre elles pendant le transport, ils ont une forme arrondie. Sur chaque angle on a monté des galets en polyuréthanne ou en caoutchouc pivotant librement et permettant aux plates-formes de faire des manoeuvres sans heurts et de changer la direction de mouvement entre un mouvement rectiligne et linéaire, d’une part, et un mouvement transversal, d’autre part. Le dispositif peut s’utiliser dans n’importes quelles zones climatiques, à n’importes quelles températures ambiantes et dans des parkings ouverts ou fermés.
