- the basis weight is less than 20 g / m 2 , when wiping the body, there is a possibility that the object wiped off by the covering sheets 20A to 20E will ooze out from the covering sheets 20A to 20E and stain the wearer's hands. is there.
- the basis weight exceeds 120 g / m 2 , it is too hard to wipe the body.
- the basis weight but also the bending resistance by the cantilever method is preferably 100 mm or less, and more preferably 80 mm or less. When it exceeds 100 mm, the drapability is poor and the wiping property is also lowered.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be films.
- the basis weight is 10 g. / M 2 or more is sufficient.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be formed of a material having liquid permeability.
- the liquid-permeable covering sheets 20A to 20E are formed, for example, by subjecting hydrophobic fibers to a hydrophilic treatment. If a sheet material having liquid permeability is used, even when the wearer makes a mistake and wears the covering sheet 20A without removing it, menstrual blood or the like can be transmitted to the lower layer.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be formed of a material having water decomposability. Specifically, 70% pulp, 1.1 dtex, fiber length 7 mm, 25% rayon, 1.7 dtex, fiber length 3 mm, Tencel 5% are blended almost uniformly, and the paper is made. The basis weight is 45 g / m 2 and the thickness is 0.5 mm. If a material having water decomposability is used, the covering sheets 20A to 20E can be poured into the toilet, which is convenient.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be formed of an antibacterial material. Specifically, it is a spunlace nonwoven fabric containing a catechin component. Bacteria propagation in the excretion part of the wearer can be suppressed.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be formed of a deodorant sheet material. Odor generation can be suppressed.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E are more preferably provided with two or more functions by combining the various materials described above. For example, as the covering sheets 20A to 20E, those having both liquid permeability and hydrophilicity are used. If such a thing is used, the wipeability in the wiping use of coating sheet 20A-20E will improve. Further, as the covering sheets 20A to 20E, those having both liquid permeability and water decomposability are used. If such a material is used, the covering sheets 20A to 20E can be used for wiping purposes and then flowed to the toilet, which is very convenient.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be coated with a moisture retaining material.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be passed through a chemical solution in which the functional material is dissolved.
- the portable spray can in which the chemical solution in which the functional material is dissolved is enclosed in the product of the sanitary napkin 1A. Or sold separately.
- the wearer can add a desired function by spraying the chemical solution in which the functional material is dissolved onto the covering sheets 20A to 20E as necessary.
- the 5% elongation strength in the conveying direction during the production of the covering sheets 20A to 20E is preferably 0.2 N / 25 mm or more. If it is less than 0.2 N / 25 mm, the cover sheets 20A to 20E extend in the transport direction during manufacture and transport. If the covering sheets 20A to 20E are temporarily fixed in a stretched state, the covering sheets 20A to 20E are subjected to a stress to return to the original state, and the temporary fixing may be peeled off before use. is there.
- the covering sheets 20A to 20E may be temporarily fixed to the napkin body 2 in a state of being folded into two or more folds. If the covering sheets 20A to 20E peeled off from the napkin main body 2 are widened, the use area increases and the usability is good.
- sanitary napkins 1A to 1E that are absorbent articles
- the present invention can also be applied to so-called liners, incontinence articles (referred to as incontinence pads), and the like.
- a liner or incontinence pad it can be applied to a type having a top sheet and a back sheet but no absorber between the top sheet and the back sheet, or a type having a top sheet, an absorber and a back sheet. is there.
- the conveyance direction during production is often the longitudinal direction of the product.
- the liner is often conveyed in the width direction of the product. Therefore, in the case of a liner, it becomes easy to align the edge in the longitudinal direction of the covering sheet with the edge in the longitudinal direction of the napkin body that is the absorbent body. Specifically, the covering sheet and the absorbent main body can be cut in a single cutting step.
- the sanitary napkins 1A to 1E are preferably provided with cautions so that they are not used with the covering sheets 20A to 20E attached to the napkin body 2. However, if the covering sheets 20A to 20E are liquid permeable materials, body fluid can be transmitted to the napkin body 2 side through the covering sheets 20A to 20E even if the covering sheets 20A to 20E are attached to the napkin body 2. And the original functions of the sanitary napkins 1A to 1E can be maintained.
- the absorbent article according to the present invention can easily align the absorbent main body with the appropriate position of the shorts, and can keep the top sheet clean during the mounting process. Useful in articles, diapers and sanitary napkins.

Abstract
