(5)N-メタクリロイルオキシエチル-N,N-ジメチルアンモニウム-α-N-メチルカルボキシベタイン/メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体、アクリル酸オクチルアミド・アクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル・メタクリル酸ブチルアミノエチル共重合体などの両性アクリル酸系高分子化合物(三菱化学社のユカフォーマーAM-75、日本NSC社のアンフォマー28-4910など)、
(6)ヒドロキシエチルセルロースジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロリド共重合体、ヒドロキシエチルセルロースヒドロキシプロピルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ビニルピロリドン・N,N’-ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリル酸共重合体ジエチル硫酸塩液、ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロリドのホモポリマー、ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロリド・アクリルアミド共重合体等の含窒素陽イオン性高分子化合物(アマコール社のポリマーJR-125、ライオン社のレオガードGP、日本NSC社のセルコートL-200、ISP社のガフコート734、大阪有機化学社のH.C.ポリマー1N、ナルコ社のマーコート550など)。
下記に示す実施例1、比較例1の組成の水中油型乳化整髪料を調製し、これを試料として、下記試験方法、評価基準に従って、のびのよさ(動粘度挙動)、塗布後、乾く時のべたつき感(転がり摩擦)の評価を行った。結果を図1、図2に示す。なお比較例1では(a)成分を欠く。
(製造方法)
(1)~(11)を85℃で撹拌溶解させた(油相部)。他方、(12)~(14)を75℃で撹拌溶解させた(水相部)。水相部に油相部を加え乳化させた後、(15)を加えた。次いで(16)を加えて中和させた後、(17)を加え、脱気、冷却した。
(製造方法)
(1)~(5)を70~80℃で撹拌溶解させた(水相部)。他方、(6)~(21)を75℃で撹拌溶解させた(油相部)。水相部に油相部を加え乳化させた後、(22)を加えて中和させた後、(23)、(24)を加え、脱気、冷却した。
上記実施例1、比較例1で得た試料にストレスをかけて、その際の応力とずり速度の関係(動粘度)をコーンプレート型レオメータにて計測した。
上記実施例1、比較例1で得た試料を水平可動プレート上にのせ、プローブに作用する転動力を測定することで試料とプローブ間にかかる摩擦を測定した。
下記表1に示す組成の整髪料を常法により調製し、これを試料として、下記評価基準により整髪力、べたつき、のび、きしみ感を実使用評価した。結果を表1に示す。
専門パネル(20名)により使用テストを行い、自然な髪の流れを有した、ナチュラルな整髪力(特にスタイリング時のアレンジ効果)が得られ、それらが持続するということについて評価した。評価方法は、下記基準により各人に評価点を付けてもらい、その評価点の合計点で評価した。

5点:非常に良い
4点:良い
3点:普通
2点:悪い
1点:非常に悪い
(評価基準)
◎:合計点が90点以上である
○:合計点が60点以上90点未満である
△:合計点が30点以上60点未満である
×:合計点が30点未満である

下記表2に示す組成の整髪料を常法により調製し、これを試料として、上記評価基準により整髪力(特に作ったスタイルの持ちや直線的な立ち上げ効果)、べたつき、のび、きしみ感を評価した。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (6)
- 下記(a)~(d)成分を含む乳化型整髪料。
(a)成分:下記式(I)で表される長鎖アシルスルホン酸塩型陰イオン性界面活性剤、
R1CO-a-(CH2)nSO3M1 (I)
〔式(I)中、R1CO-は平均炭素原子数10~22の飽和または不飽和の脂肪酸残基(アシル基)を示し;aは-O-または-NR2-(ただし、R2は水素原子、または炭素原子数1~3のアルキル基を示す)を示し;M1は水素原子、アルカリ金属類、アルカリ土類金属類、アンモニウムまたは有機アミン類を示し;nは1~3の整数を示す。〕
(b)成分:高級脂肪族アルコール、
(c)成分:(c-1)ロウ類を0.5~50質量%、(c-2)整髪樹脂を0.1~8質量%、(c-3)粉末成分を0.1~8質量%、の中から選ばれる1種または2種以上、および
(d)成分:水。 - 上記式(I)中、aが-NH3-を示すものである、請求項1記載の乳化型整髪料。
- (a)成分を0.1~10質量%、(b)成分を0.1~20質量%含有する、請求項1記載の乳化型整髪料。
- (a)成分:(b)成分=1:4~1:10(モル比)である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の乳化型整髪料。
- (c-3)成分がカオリン、無水ケイ酸、およびシリル化処理無水ケイ酸の中から選ばれる1種または2種以上である、請求項1記載の乳化型整髪料。
- さらに(e)液状油分(25℃で液状を呈する油分)を配合する、請求項1記載の乳化型整髪料。
