Abstract

　任意の安定したフィルタ特性で高い良品率を実現したストリップラインフィルタの、素子サイズを抑制する。ストリップラインフィルタ（１）は、略Ｌ字型形状の上面共振線路（１３Ｂ，１３Ｄ）を備える。上面共振線路（１３Ｂ，１３Ｄ）は、接続電極部（２３Ａ，２３Ｂ）と第１の線路部（２２Ａ，２２Ｂ）と第２の線路部（２１Ａ，２１Ｂ）とを備える。接続電極部（２３Ａ，２３Ｂ）は、側面共振線路（１２Ａ，１２Ｂ）の線路幅よりも広い幅で形成されている。各線路部（２１Ａ，２１Ｂ，２２Ａ，２２Ｂ）は、上面共振線路（１３Ｃ）の有する角部の縁に対して、それぞれ間隔を隔てて対向している。第１の線路部（２２Ａ，２２Ｂ）は、誘電体基板（１０）の端辺側の縁が、接続電極部（２３Ａ，２３Ｂ）との接続箇所を除き誘電体基板（１０）の端辺に対して間隔を隔てて対向している。
