Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système pour la mise en œuvre d'une notification à distance d'alarme et d'une interrogation à distance d'alarme. Un centre d'appels et un système de gestion de réseau sont reliés par une technique CTI et le centre d'appels peut communiquer avec le téléphone de l'utilisateur via un réseau de communication antérieur commun. Ainsi, le système de gestion de réseau peut appeler l'utilisateur et lui notifier une notification à distance d'alarme lorsqu'il a besoin d'envoyer la notification à distance d'alarme, et l'utilisateur peut également appeler le centre d'appels et le centre d'appel va interroger le système de gestion de réseau et diffuser le résultat de l'interrogation à l'utilisateur, de telle sorte que l'utilisateur peut instantanément et avec précision connaître l'état d'un réseau, garantissant ainsi la rapidité du traitement de l'alarme d'une manière plus efficace.
