Abstract

　チルトダウン機能の作動操作時には、ベース部材(4)と中間部材(6)とを連結するリクライニング装置(20)の回転留め状態が解除されて、シートバック(2)が中間部材(6)と一体的となって前方側に倒れ込み回転すると共に、シートクッション(3)が中間部材(6)と共に移動するブーメランリンク(5)に押動されてフロントリンク(7)を倒れ込み回転させながら下方側に沈み込む。しかし、ウォークイン機能の作動操作時には、シートバック(2)と中間部材(6)とを連結するメモリ装置(10)の回転留め状態が解除されて、シートバック(2)がベース部材(4)と一体的な状態を維持する中間部材(6)に対して単独で前傾位置まで倒れ込み回転する。メモリ装置(10)は、シートバック(2)に連結された係脱部材(11)が中間部材(6)の外周縁部に形成された凹部(Pc)内に半径方向外方側から入り込んで係合することで、シートバック(2)の中間部材(6)に対する回転留めを行う構造となっている。
