Abstract

 フッ化炭素基を含むアルコキシシラン誘導体と、水と、アルコール及び界面活性剤の一方又は双方とを含み、場合によってはテトラアルコキシシラン及びポリアルコキシポリシロキサンの一方又は双方を更に含む撥水撥油防汚処理液及びその製造方法が提供される。また、撥水撥油防汚処理液を基材の表面に接触させ、基材の表面の活性水素基とアルコキシシリル基との縮合反応を介して、基材の表面に結合した、フッ化炭素基を含む化合物の被膜を形成する撥水撥油防汚性処理方法、及び該方法により、表面が撥水撥油防汚性処理された物品が併せて提供される。
