Abstract

 不溶性担体粒子量およびモノクローナル抗体量が抑制され、低濃度範囲の測定対象物に対する測定感度が向上し、広い濃度範囲で測定対象物を測定可能であり、かつ、試験片等の検体分析用具にも適用可能な免疫比濁法に用いる測定試薬を提供する。前記測定試薬は、平均粒子径が異なる2種類の不溶性担体粒子群を含み、一方の不溶性担体粒子群に含まれる不溶性担体粒子は、ポリクローナル抗体およびモノクローナル抗体を担持し、他方の不溶性担体粒子群に含まれる不溶性担体粒子は、ポリクローナル抗体およびモノクローナル抗体の少なくとも一方の抗体を担持する構成とする。前者が小さい平均粒子径の不溶性担体粒子群であり、後者が大きい平均粒子径の不溶性担体粒子群であることが好ましい。
