Abstract

 接地電極(30)の発火部(80)は、根元部(82)に貴金属部材(81)をレーザ溶接により両者の構成材料が互いに溶け合い混合した溶融部(85)を有する。この溶融部(85)において、点K1,L1,M1における貴金属部材(81)由来の成分の占める平均割合Pが80%以上であり、点K3,L3,M3における根元部由来の成分の占める平均割合Qが20%以上であり、P+Qが160%以下である。これにより発火部(80)では部位に応じた接合強度を得ることができ、熱応力によるクラックや剥離等の発生を十分に抑制できる。
