Abstract
蓄電機能付き熱電発電装置(101)は、絶縁材料のブロックの内部においてp型熱電材料(23)とn型熱電材料(24)とが交互にpn接合を繰り返すように配置された熱電変換モジュール(1)と、この熱電変換モジュール(1)と電気的に接続され、熱電変換モジュール(1)によって引き起こされた電流を以って充電することが可能となっている二次電池(2)とを備える。熱電変換モジュール(1)と二次電池(2)とは一体的に構成されている。さらに好ましくは、充電が完了したかどうかを監視する判断部と充電が完了しているときには熱電変換モジュール(1)による二次電池(2)への充電を停止させる充電可否切替部とを含む充電監視モジュール(5)を備える。
