Abstract

 この発明は、超臨界状態にある二酸化炭素に難溶解性の物質を微粒子化する方法を提供することを目的とする。この発明は、耐圧容器内に、超臨界状態の二酸化炭素のみを用いたのでは微細化困難である物質と水と二酸化炭素とを添加し、前記二酸化炭素が超臨界状態となるように前記耐圧容器内を加熱加圧し、次いで前記耐圧容器内を常圧にすることを特徴とする微粒子化方法に関する。
