Abstract

　両端にカバー１４，１５が設けられたシリンダ本体１１のシリンダ孔１２にはピストン１３が往復動自在に装着され、ピストン１３にはカバー１４から突出するピストンロッド１７が固定されている。ピストンロッド１７のストローク端の位置を規制する可動ストッパ２１は、シリンダ本体１１に形成された雌ねじ２２にねじ結合されており、回転体である従動歯車３１により回転されると回転しながら軸方向に移動し、ピストン１３と当接するストッパ面２４の位置が変化する。従動歯車３１はこれと噛み合ってシリンダ本体１１に設けられた回転駆動部材としての駆動歯車３５により回転駆動される。駆動歯車３５はその外周部がシリンダ本体１１の外面から迫り出している。流体圧シリンダを支持する取付部材はシリンダ本体１１はカバー１４または駆動歯車３５が迫り出していない外周面に取り付けられる。
