Abstract

 内周面で油膜切れが生じず、良好な耐摩耗寿命を有する含油ブシュ、該含油ブシュを備える無給油チェーン、及び前記含油ブシュの製造方法を提供する。  無給油チェーン1は、含油ブシュ3,3により連結された一対の内プレート2,2と、相隣る内プレート2,2の相隣る含油ブシュ3,3に挿通されたピン5,5により連結された一対の外プレート4,4とを交互に連結してなる。含油ブシュ3は、金属焼結体からなるブシュに、40°Cにおける動粘度が350mm2 /s以上であるパーフルオロポリエーテルを含浸してなる。ブシュには、無給油チェーン1の使用温度に対応する動粘度を有するパーフルオロポリエーテルを含浸させる。
