Abstract
簡便で細胞生存に対する悪影響のない、高収率且つ高純度で細胞を分離する方法の提供。 以下の工程:1)配列番号1で示されるアミノ酸配列からなるポリペプチド;配列番号1で示されるアミノ酸配列と実質的に同一なアミノ酸配列からなるポリペプチド;及びそれらの部分ポリペプチドから選択されるアンカーポリペプチドとプロテインGの抗体結合ドメインを有する抗体結合性ポリペプチドとの融合ポリペプチドを、その有機膜中に有する磁性細菌由来磁気微粒子に、標的細胞と結合し得る抗体を固定化する工程;2)該抗体を固定化した磁性細菌由来磁気微粒子に、標的細胞を接触させる工程;3)該標的細胞と結合した磁気微粒子を磁気回収する工程、を行うことを特徴とする、試料中の標的細胞の分離又は検出方法。
