Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de télécommunications cellulaires et un procédé pour le faire fonctionner, qui comprennent une pluralité de fournisseurs de services cellulaires, des opérateurs de réseaux virtuels mobiles et des fournisseurs de services à valeur ajoutée capables de fournir simultanément leurs composants de services à des stations mobiles pour permettre aux utilisateurs de choisir aisément des fournisseurs, en déterminant ou en sélectionnant automatiquement les fournisseurs les plus adaptés conformément aux critères d'affectation de fournisseurs et aux paramètres liés au service, qui peuvent être définis par les utilisateurs, générés par leurs stations mobiles ou téléchargés à partir des fournisseurs de services. L'architecture du système permet de prendre en charge de nouvelles fonctionnalités et applications qui ne seraient peut-être pas possibles avec les systèmes conventionnels et en l'état de la science.
