Abstract
The TS Phone allows users to use two mobile phone accounts at any given time, through an intelligently managed software. The phone takes communication to the next level allowing users of multiple SIM cards to have a more convenient way to manage their calls and performing multiple applications including those requiring encryption e.g. banking and financial transactions.
Description
TS PHONE
This invention relates to a new form of mobile communications. Traditionally a mobile phone allows the user to place or receive one call at any given time. As a result individuals are faced with different problems, from loosing their phone signal when an operators mobile phone coverage is weak, to being restricted to making calls from a single phone account.
The TS PHONE allows the user to place and receive two calls, on two separate accounts, at any given time, by using two separate radio transmitters, managing both calls through intelligent software.
Benefits include: 1. The two separate accounts being on separate operator networks minimising effects of weak coverage i.e. if one operator does not have coverage in one area, user can switch to another operators network.
2. The accounts can relate to different pricing plans allowing the user to use the cheaper plan at any given time of day or night to make calls.
3. The accounts allow users to call some friends on one operator by using the same operators network, and other friends on other another operator thereby minirnising cross-operator call charges.
4. Frequent travelers can have one account for their home country calls, and the second account for a local sim card in the country they are visiting without having to carry two phones.
5. The accounts can be used to separate personal calls from business calls, allowing individuals to keep track of their calling patterns.
6. The accounts can be used to conference two separate phone numbers into the same call, or one account can be used for making and receiving standard calls with the other account being a secure method of banking and/or making transactions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
A mobile phone can be broken into 4 distinct sections: (1) Sim Card (2) User Interface & Processing (3) Modem and Radio Transmitter and (4) General components.
In recent years technology has allowed for components, be they chipsets, radio transmitters, processing modules and other generic components to shrink in size.
(1) Sim Card: the utility of a SIM card has always been to identify a unique user and phone number. Changes in technology allow SIM cards to fulfill multiple functions, not only acting in the capacity of storing a unique identification, but also as a secure form of encryption to allow financial transactions to occur in a fluid environment.
Bringing the latest technologies together, the TS PHONE will allow two SIM cards to be utilised at the same time, allowing for example an individual to make two calls at the same time, should they so desire.
(2) User interface: the user interface will intelligently manage phone calls, to and from the phone through either a single and/or dual keypad. In addition, the interface will allow the individual to manage and maintain both accounts, including a SIM which allows the user to access their bank account, transfer money, and perform other financial transactions The processing module will ensure stability between the two accounts, to ensure that should both be active at the same time, there is no signal conflict.
(3) Modem and Radio Transmitter: traditionally a phone carries I modem and transmitter to make a call. The IS PHONE will carry two, allowing for the simultaneous usage of both accounts. A recent prohibition to using such technology is the radiation omitted from the transmitter and its interference with another radio transmitter. Technology has advanced such that two transmitters can be placed in near proximity, with sufTicient shielding in place to minimise radio frequencies.
(4) General components: keypads, microphones, speakers, batteries, cameras, mp3 decoders, are all generic.
Unlike multi-SIM adapters which can be sold as add-ons, be they to a single battery pack or integrated into the handset, the distinguishing feature of the TS PHONE is that we have two SIM cards which are linked to two separate transmitters, allowing for both to be used at the same time, in the same unit, through an intelligent software.
Claims (1)
- I. The TS PHONE is the only mobile phone' to cany two SIM cards with two radio transmitters using an intelligent software to allow for both accounts to be active and managed at the same time.
