Abstract

　電子デバイスのチップ内に設けられ、電子デバイスの動作回路に供給される電源電圧を安定化する電源安定化回路であって、動作回路に電源電圧を供給する主電源配線における電源電圧の変動成分を検出し、検出した変動成分を増幅して出力する増幅器と、増幅器の出力端および主電源配線の間に設けられ、増幅器の出力に応じて、主電源配線における電源電圧の変動を抑制する電流を、主電源配線に供給する安定化キャパシタとを備える電源安定化回路を提供する。
