Abstract

 効率的であるうえ良好な仕上がり外観が得られる3コート1ベーク方式の複層塗膜形成方法を提供する。  中塗り塗料塗布工程、上塗りベース塗料塗布工程、上塗りクリヤー塗料塗布工程、乾燥工程を有する3コート1ベーク方式の塗装工程において、イソシアネート化合物を架橋剤とする2液型の中塗り塗料を用いることにより、中塗り塗膜表面のフロー性が向上して塗膜表面を平滑化できるとともに、上層との混層や硬化反応脱離成分による中塗り塗膜の体積収縮を回避できるため、良好な仕上がり外観を有する塗装物が得られる。
