Abstract

 本発明は、タンパク質を担体に結合するにあたり、当該タンパク質を直接結合する場合と比べて、当該タンパク質の機能を損なうことなく効率良く作用させることのできる、担体との結合方法を提供する。  本発明のタンパク質を担体に結合する方法は、   ビオチンを結合させた担体を準備し;   タマビジンに上記タンパク質を結合させた融合タンパク質を準備し;そして   タマビジン-ビオチン結合を介して、上記担体に上記タンパク質を結合させる ことを含む。
