Abstract

 潜在性及び熱応答性に優れたアルミニウムキレート系潜在性硬化剤は、多官能イソシアネート化合物を界面重合させて得た多孔性樹脂にアルミニウムキレート剤が保持されてなる潜在性硬化剤と、それを被覆する酵素処理ゼラチン膜とからなる。このマイクロカプセル型潜在性硬化剤は、アルミニウムキレート剤と多官能イソシアネート化合物とを揮発性有機溶剤に溶解させ、得られた溶液を、ゼラチンを含有する水相に投入し、加熱撹拌することにより界面重合を行い、得られた重合反応混合物に酵素を添加してゼラチンの酵素処理を行うことにより製造できる。
