Abstract

Appareil de séparation électrostatique. Procédé de séparation électrostatique comprenant une étape d'électrification permettant de charger un mélange (6) qui contient au moins deux types de matériaux, une étape d'acheminement du mélange de matériaux chargés (6) au moyen d'une unité d'acheminement (41), et une étape de séparation électrostatique permettant au mélange de matériaux acheminé à l'aide de ladite unité d'acheminement (41) de tomber dans un champ électrique, ce qui permet de réaliser la séparation électrostatique. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'acheminement (41) présente un panneau inférieur (51) pouvant vibrer et un panneau supérieur (52) qui est disposé à l'opposé du panneau inférieur (51) et qu'un espacement sépare du panneau inférieur (51), de manière à permettre le passage du mélange de matériaux (6), et en ce que le mélange de matériaux (6) est acheminé au cours de l'étape d'acheminement, tandis que la collision est répétée entre le panneau inférieur (51) et le panneau supérieur (52) par l'intermédiaire de la vibration du panneau inférieur (51).
