Abstract

L'invention porte sur une fibre composite ultrafine qui est un produit moulé en résine composite solide ayant au moins deux phases. Une résine ayant une résistivité volumique de 1015 Ω•cm ou moins est exposée sur 30 % ou plus de la surface du produit moulé en résine composite. Le produit moulé en résine composite est chauffé et fondu devant une électrode d'alimentation et/ou entre des électrodes et allongé par électrofilature, permettant ainsi de produire la fibre composite ultrafine. Ainsi, la fibre composite ultrafine d'une fibre synthétique et une fibre ultrafine sont obtenues par électrofilature sans incorporer un solvant par mélange dans une résine introduite. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication d'une telle fibre composite ultrafine et sur une structure de fibre comprenant une telle fibre composite ultrafine.
