Abstract

 安全運転、装置の保護を図り、冷媒を効率よく凝縮できるようにしてエネルギ効率のよい運転を行うことができる空気調和装置を得る。  熱源側熱交換器15及び圧縮機11を有する熱源側ユニット10と、負荷側絞り装置51及び負荷側熱交換器52を有する複数の負荷側ユニット50と、気液分離器31を有する冷暖分岐ユニット30とを配管接続して冷媒回路を構成する冷暖房混在運転可能な空気調和装置100であって、圧縮機が吐出した冷媒が分流するバイパスを形成するバイパス管21と、開閉によりバイパス管への冷媒の分流を制御するバイパス用開閉弁22と、 熱源側熱交換器15を蒸発器として機能する運転を行う際、圧縮機11の吐出側における冷媒圧力の異常上昇又は異常上昇のおそれがあると判断すると、バイパス用開閉弁22を開放させて冷媒を分流をさせる処理を行う制御手段40と、をさらに備える。
