Abstract

   本発明は、板の上に結晶方位の揃った熱電材料の微細な構造体からなる微細熱電素子を作製する方法であって、基板の加工溝に原料を必要量装填し、該基板に蓋をし、密閉容器により密閉し、基板の加工溝の溝方向に垂直に遠心力を加えながら、融点以上から沸点未満の温度で加熱し、基板の加工溝に溶融材料を密着させ、冷却することで結晶方位の揃った熱電材料を得ることを特徴とする微細熱電素子の製造方法、及びその微細熱電素子、に関するものであり、本発明により、微細熱電素子の製造方法、該微細熱電素子及びその製品を提供することができる。
