Abstract

 金型や樹脂基材に加工することなく、見る方向や角度によって平面的な金属光沢感だけでなく、彫金のような凹凸感があり、トップコート後の完成品では意匠面に金属を埋め込んだような立体感が出る非導通部材を提供する。  非導通素材から形成される基材の上部に加飾用のインクで印刷層を形成する工程と、前記基材並びに前記印刷層それぞれの上部に金属を島状構造に蒸着して非導通状態の蒸着層を形成する工程と、前記蒸着層の上にトップコート層を塗布する工程とからなり、前記印刷層の上部にある蒸着層を他の蒸着層より突出させることにより非導通部材を加飾する。
