Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet de répondre instantanément à la demande individuelle d'un client concernant une conception, une forme, et similaires, dans le cas de la constitution de divers panneaux de signalisation lumineux, de systèmes publicitaires ou décoratifs, en utilisant des lampes DEL soumises à un contrôle individuel de la luminance ; de disposer fixement les lampes DEL à des positions prédéterminées ; et de rendre étanches les lampes DEL et un circuit électronique de contrôle de la luminance. L'invention concerne un module DEL flexible (5b) constitué en disposant des lampes DEL de type à vue latérale le long du bord d'une carte de circuit imprimé flexible en bande, qui peut être courbée, et en montant simultanément un circuit de contrôle de la luminance des lampes DEL sur la même carte. Le module DEL est collé sur un matériau de base en bande (5a) courbée selon une forme prédéterminée, puis le module et le matériau (5c) sont laminés intégralement par un tube transparent thermo-rétrécissable (5d).
