Abstract

 本発明の実施形態に係る電子写真感光体10は、基体18および光導電層19Bを備えている。光導電層19Bは、基体18上に形成され、且つ、シリコンを主体とする非単結晶材料を含んでなる。光導電層19Bは、光吸収係数α(cm-1)との関係において下記数式1を満たす特性エネルギE(eV)に関し、露光波長に対する特性エネルギE1が除電波長に対する特性エネルギE2(eV)よりも大きい。 【数1】 α = C・exp(hω/E) C:定数  hω:光子エネルギ h:有利化されたプランク定数 ω:振動数
