Abstract

 互いに相溶性のない増稠剤配合非フッ素系基油および増稠剤配合フッ素系基油の混合物からなり、一方の基油が他方の基油中にモルホロジー構造を形成して粒子状で均質に分散してなるグリース組成物。かかるグリース組成物は、例えば互いに相溶性のない増稠剤配合非フッ素系基油および増稠剤配合フッ素系基油の混合物を3本ロールミルで2回以上混練することにより製造される。互いに相溶性のない非フッ素系基油とフッ素系基油の一方の基油が他方の基油中にモルホロジー構造を形成して粒子状で均質に分散しているというミクロ的な分散状態を形成させることにより、(1) 高温での油分離(離油度)が少ない、(2) せん断安定性にすぐれている、(3) 摩擦係数が低く、安定している、(4) 摩耗が少ないといった効果が奏せられる。
